I ordered my product before the cut off for shipping on yesterday. You said the shipments are processed the same day. I still do not have an email with my shipping or tracking info.

Please advise. You already took my money out of my account???

Arete has great products. I have been a long time customer who has nothing but good to say about their flowers and carts.
They have a rewards program for frequent customers. Wish it was useable on all products instead of just luxury flowers.

My last order included a t-shirt and a sticker that I really wanted to decorate my vanity with. The site wouldn’t let me buy it though, and said it would arrive with my order, and had me select my preferred color. I selected galaxy.

It didn’t arrive with the rest of my order. So, I reached out saying this is silly, but I’ll gladly pay for the shipping, if you’ll just send me the galaxy sticker that was left out of my order.

They responded saying that they would include an extra on my next order.

But, I make this stuff last me a very long time, I don’t put in many orders at all- plus, I don’t need an extra, like just send me one! I’m willing to cover the shipping!

They probably think I’m lying.

I’m hoping they’ll see this one and offer to send it, at which point I will delete this, or change it to five stars.

I just want to finish decorating my vanity!

What you see pictured on their site is what you get! Citrus Sap, and Green Crack are my favorite but all I have tried are GREAT! I have tried a lot of strains! I trust Arete 100%! They also have excellent customer service!

What's not to love about Arete. I only use their flower products and have never been disappointed in them or the quantity or quality or there flower. Their smell proof packaging is amazing and shipped out in a well protected box. All the goodies like stickers and thank you notes are very nice. Love when you get the occasional gram of random flower with your order. Like I said I could go on and on. The trust plot that tracks and insurance your package also ships out carbon neutral. This company is on it.
