Dangerous. Full stop. Don't use them
Driver departed with a full coach despite having serious mechanical issues preventing the coach travelling more than 15mph.
To our horror, the driver proceeded to enter a dual carriageway (A404) at just 12mph, and without passenger intervention would have continued onto a motorway at the same speed!
Passengers forced him to stop in a lay-by before that could happen, and we then called the police.
In the meantime, the driver called his boss who tried to diagnose the issue over the phone - when that didn’t work he told his driver just to carry on.
AT 12MPH.
ON A MOTORWAY!
Needless to say we passengers refused to let him do that.
Not sure what happened after that, as an Uber had collected me from the lay-by just as the Police arrived.

We advise all staff to stop at a safe location should an issue arise and seek advice from the office team who came out to the vehicle to resolve the issue.
