Arden was the agent for the house I've bought and despite the fact that I wasn't the paying client, I can't praise Arden's and especially Amy, highly enough. Ours was a long, often complicated chain which was often frustrating for all concerned, but any questions I had were always treated with respect. We recently bought a property through Arden and all the staff were great, from arranging viewings to start with and when our offer was accepted, Leanne was our main contact.
Leanne was brilliant, kept us up to date with any changes and progress.
She was chasing the other agents and solicitors and making sure everyone in the chain was aware of what was happening.
Our move ended up being very last minute and Leanne even helped us find a removal company who had availability as it was such short notice due to an issue further down the chain.
