We were looking for a property in bromsgrove and were struggling finding one suitable, we went to ardens to ask if they can find us one. The ladies in the bromsgrove branch were very welcoming and even made us coffee with ia biscuit. Within 2 weeks we had found a property made an offer and in the process of purchasing. Fantastic communication from beginning to end, really professional and friendly. Amy Woolaston in particular was fab. We had a real struggle in our chain towards the end, especially with solicitors, and it felt as though our agents were the only ones genuinely fighting our corner and getting things done. As a conveyancer I deal with a LOT of estate agents - some of them are great, some not so much. Leanne Fletcher at Arden is definitely one of the first sort. It's been a pleasure dealing with her recently on a transaction that ended up being rather more complicated than it needed to, she was very proactive and helpful throughout and managed the chain with aplomb.
