I was completely impressed with the way Amani - student support staff handled my issue, individuals like her are assets to organisations that are well-led. When I presented my issue, she took time to explain things and reassured me this was to be resolved, the following day which is today I got a response and all my frustration gone. Brilliant! Very effective in the way she solved my issue. Thank you Amani I cannot appreciate you enough, what you did means a lot to me. Keep it up.

When you enquire about courses the advisors are helpful but that’s to get you on the course afterwards they don’t care about you don’t reply to phone calls messages voice and text..one tutor on my course had a really bad teaching attitude he definitely didn’t want to be there he showed us the wrong module a student had to point out the mistake..still awaiting my bursary payment from weeks ago they just want people to sign up so they can make ££££ and afterwards they don’t care

I have had fantastic support from Arden University since I joined them recently. On two separate occasions I was helped by Amrita and John. On 30/08/2023, I had to travel to Coventry from London, Main Campus of Arden University. Bearing in my mind that Coventry is not the place for students to deal with their academic issues. But due to my circumstances, I had no choice but to travel to Coventry as I was unable to receive assistance from both London Campus of Arden University. (Tower Hill & Holborn Campus)
On that day, I was travelling without any prior appointment. But I believed that I will be seen by someone to whom I can present my case. I was introduced to MR. SANJ, Students Support Team Leader. He was surprised with my presence there in the morning. But he welcomed me and given full opportunity to express my reasons for travel.
After sincerely listening my case, I was provided fantastic feedback. Mr. Sanj has given extra mile to resolve the issues at his earliest. And the issue has been finally resolved within few weeks. Thank you, Mr. Sanj.
I would also like to express my sincere Gratitude to Ms MANDY SOLANKI who was communicating with the updates and guidance until the issues resolved.
Finally, thank you again to both of you for the fantastic support provided.

Hi all, this university is the perfect option for me, I am so happy I've chosen Arden University to fulfil ( a bit late in life... in my case), the academic team is just wonderful and helping mindset, assisting me to sort batches through my academic adventure.Recently I had a problem re-engaging for the new academic year but splendidly sorted by the university administration team.Wish them the best and recommend to anyone to engage with them to achieve any of the numerous courses and degrees that Arden Univerity has to offer!

I am currently studying at Arden and honestly Arden is the best choice I have made apart from harsh marking but it's important to have a critical feedback otherwise we will never learn the hard way and wont be able to do better in the next module. They know about mental health and will give you great support, the student success team and student support team are amazing and you will get the help and support you need whether your struggling with your assignment they got it covered. They are really friendly, approachable and understanding They also help you with a step-by-step guidance and also academic skills are amazing if you need that extra help with your assignment they will help you and give you great amount of guidance.

Rachel Osborne is an incredible asset to the Arden University team, she provided me with support when my workload became too much, this being with life, uni, work, other qualifications and personal matters. Not only this but she was sure to listen to me and provide any necessary help to encourage me back into stable working conditions. After all of this, she made sure to check back with me and she was happy to hear I was doing better. I have never received support like this throughout my entire education journey and it was refreshing to have someone so compassionate to talk to.
