Do not use this parking company. The site loojs like a scrap yard on rough muddy land no lighting .
Customers are attracted to this company because of the price as we were. Dont be fooled.
The dirty battered mini bus takes 20 minutes to get the airport. They will charge you an extra £15 for drop of and pick up charges. Thisvis not explained on booking.
Be prepared to wait up to an hour for pick up on return journey.
My car on return was muddy my drivers footwell was full of mud. My son on return to his car found workers eating food in his car. Dont use this service.

You arrive in what can only be described as a yard of mud. There is no clear signs or staff to help. It took us 45 minutes to check in, despite calling 30 mins ahead. We had to follow the one member of staff around and beg him to check us in. To then be told we needed to wait 30 mins for the shuttle. We had no choice but to get a uber.
On our return we called the driver he collected us from the car park no issues other than his speeding, using his phone and bring rude on the phone to other customers. At one stage my son said I don't think we should be on here its dangerous. Once we got back to the yard, again we had to wait for our key standing in the rain in a muddy field with poor lighting. Eventually we found the car ourselves and made the employee had over our key so we could leave. There was another customer there crying as she was going to miss her flight.
I would never use this company again and belive they are not fit for purpose

An unacceptable experience from start to finish. The parking facility resembled a scrapyard, with numerous potholes and vehicles parked so tightly that manoeuvring was difficult.

Airport transfers were poorly managed, with little sense of urgency, and additional fees were charged on arrival. The return service was equally unacceptable: a family of three couldn't fit into the pickup van and were left waiting outside in the cold. The van itself was filthy, with stained seats.

On collecting my car, I found the driver's side floor wet and muddy, despite having it cleaned before handing it over. I also noticed that my dash cam was disconnected. I cannot confirm when or why this happened, but seeing other reviews mentioning similar issues is concerning.

ARC Parking fell well below any reasonable standard of service. Poor communication, inadequate facilities, badly managed transfers and concerns about vehicle handling made this an extremely disappointing experience.

I would not use this company again and strongly advise others to think carefully before trusting them with their vehicle. Cheap parking is not worth this level of service.

This service is awful, I do not recommend at all. They charge you £15 upon arrival which was not stated when booking. Totally rude on the phone and told I would have to wait 4 hours at the airport to be picked up. This company has 0 manners.

I would give it zero if I could! They had clearly been driving our car out and about when we’ve been out of the country as there is dirt marks over both the front and the back passenger seat. Front makes sense but passenger seat and backseat makes absolutely no sense, especially as the car just had a deep clean. The car mileage has gone up quite significantly for car that supposedly only supposed to be parked within 5 miles of the place where we parked it. Their phone charger is still plugged in here and even their personal phone is connected to our car Bluetooth to make call. Was connected by the worker named JIMMY KOTKAPURA- Shame on you. When we arrived at the airport, they made us wait over an hour to be picked up as well.

Dropping off the airport was ok. The manager seemed decent. What was disappointing was the pick up. I approached the van, the driver asked me rather annoyed 'why didn't I pick up the phone?' I told him I did not get his call. He asked me 3 times in a very arrogant annoyed tone, I answered him that the call did not go through. By the 3rd I got annoyed, as I am the paying customer for their service. He refused to pick me and my family after a heated exchange of words, I called the manager which took his side without hearing my side. We eventually had to squeeze into a cab. I got to the car park, approached the manager, showed him I received no calls from the driver or anyone with my call history. Stinking, impatient attitude of the driver spoiled it. Otherwise great price for the location.

After keeping us waiting for well over two hours, they finally told us they didn’t even have any cars available to pick us up! How can a car park company offer a pickup service if they don’t have the vehicles available to fulfil it?
In the end, we had no choice but to pay for an Uber just to get back to our own car. Not only did they completely waste our time, but they also caused unnecessary stress, frustration and additional expense after travelling.
The worst part was the lack of honesty and communication. If they had simply told us the truth from the beginning, we could have made alternative arrangements instead of being repeatedly fobbed off with promises that someone would arrive in 15 minutes.
Completely unacceptable service, poor communication and a total lack of consideration for customers. I would not recommend this company to anyone, and I certainly would not use them again. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

This doesn’t even deserve a star, by far the worst experience I have had. Been waiting over 2 hours for my car at the airport. Was first advised that a shuttle bus will take me to my car and then was told my car will be dropped at pick up point. This is a dump yard for a car park, very bad service, unprofessional staff and when I tried to call for an update about my car they ignored my calls for over an hour. Never booking this service again.

Booked through a comparison website, they were reasonable, somehow showing good feedbacks on the comparison site. Their communication started off good with instructions and follow ups after booking. On arrival, I immediately realised what a dump the car was going to be parked at, their front office was the side of a parked van! Minibus taking us their and back to Terminal 2 Heathrow looked a wreck, dirty smelly seats, stunk inside. What made their service worst was in return they made us wait 1.5 hours before picking us up in the same disgusting vehicle! If I had known or seen honest reviews on the comparison website I would have paid more for a professional service from a reputable competitor.

Very bad service on the park and ride. No reception, no toilets, no conditions to park the car. Drivers more interested in smoking than helping costumers. Advised to pay Ullez charges when parking is so far from ullez zone. Count with 40 pounds on top of booking price if car is not ulez free (25 pounds for Ukez fees + 15 pounds for drop off pickup fees).

Turned up in the dark to basically a dumping ground full of cars, we were then informed that there was an additional cost to pay for drop-off and collection. The driver of the minibus said that this was an email, but it was in very tiny print at the end.
On return, so far we have been waiting 45 minutes to be collected and there is no driver in site. We were told that he would be 10 minutes so we called him back only to be shouted at that. He would be a further five or 10 minutes.

I would not use this Company again.

The attraction I would say for most people to park here is the price, which is cheaper than it's competitors - OR IS IT? They have a scam going on here, which I will report to trading standards. The drop off parking charge at Heathrow is £7. I and the other people occupying our van for delivery to Heathrow were each charged £15 (delivery & collection). Therefore, you have to add £15 to the cost of your parking.
A word in their favour - there were no scratches or dents. Only 1 mile had been added to my vehicle mileage tracker. My dashcam had been disconnected.
