Passed my LEED Green exam on the first attempt. This was very helpful for me. It broke everything down into digestible bites. I highly recommend the course for anyone wanting to take the exam.

Much Lower Quality than Expected

I had read some good reviews of archiroots materials and thought it would be a great option for preparing for the LEED GA and AP exams. However, I found the material to be much lower quality than I expected.
I spent nearly $400 and received practice exams that had clear typos, seemingly incorrect information when compared to what was provided on the USGBC website, extremely poorly worded and confusing questions, repeat questions within a single exam, etc.
When I reached out to support with my concerns, the responses I got showed a clear lack of concern for the quality of the product, ignoring certain questions and responding only to things they could explain away. It took days to get responses and the responses were clearly incomplete. I requested a refund, or even just a discount, which was refused.
Overall, I'm extremely disappointed not only in the product itself but also in the support I received when I brought this issue to the attention of the company.

Regarding your experience with our support team, we apologize if our responses did not meet your expectations. Unfortunately we do not offer discounts for questions you felt are not valid.

We value your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to restore your trust.

The course was well-organized, and straight to the point. Now I am prepared for the exam, and looking forward to start the LEED AP BD+C.
All this thanks to Prof. Shady, thank you so much for your time and efforts. Keep it up.

The course (LEED GA Preparation) was extremely helpful , and easy to grasp with the least time and effort required from the students to get the job done. I passed from the first attempt just at 170. Thanks to Mr. Shadi for the course. Keep it up !!
