I have serious arthritic issues and used this for the recommended 6 week cycle and have not noticed any effect, my wife used this once and reacted badly, she had bad headache and neck pain for 6 days after.

Review is for their customer service; I will update later for the machine itself as only just started using it. I ordered one after reading the article in the Mail. I then got a message to say they were a small company and a little overwhelmed with the response. So, a little frustrating but I can honestly say they’ve proactively kept me up to date (every time I’ve thought, “I think I should call them”, they’ve messaged with an update). Received my kit Saturday as indicated in one of their updates. Seems like the team have worked extremely hard to keep their word - something to admire I think.

I received my Arc4Health yesterday and started therapy today so it is a bit too early to comment about the effects. What I wanted to say though was what excellent customer care this company has. They kept me continually updated about the shipment through various emails and answered any queries I had in the most polite manner.

Like many others I read the Daily Mail article with a fair bit of scepticism, but thought if it can help with my debilitating Long Covid why not… My transaction went through around 7.30am so must have been lucky to get a unit before they sold out. Price-wise I’ve been spending between £400-600 a month on supplements, physio, acupuncture anything I could do to help alleviate the pain, so why not chuck another £200 into the pit.
Symptoms-wise long Covid for me is like a horrendous hangover that’s lasted 2+ years even though I haven’t touched a drop since it started. Everything I’ve tried to date has given 5-10% reduction in symptoms and they were major wins.
The first blast of Arc4Health had my whole body pulsating. It was like the electricity that had been zapped from my body was suddenly drinking it all back up. I’m on day 3 now and all I can say is so far I can’t believe the progress. This may not work for everyone but I’m completely convinced this is the real deal for me.
It’s been a life changing experience and it turns out that sometimes the Daily Mail can tell the truth, but a Karen will always be a Karen.

I saw this machine in the mail on Sunday and my partner bought it for me as I suffer from Fibromyalgia and widespread Osteoarthritis and I'm in pain 24 hours a day. I received an email saying they didn't have the item in stick and wouldn't be getting the components until September. I most probably wouldn't receive the machine until October some nearly 3 months later . It is against the law to sell items you don't have so I've asked for a refund, and got sent the same email.
I have now asked for a refund within 24 hours or I'm going to trading standards.
This company should NOT have put the article in the mail and they should have stopped taking orders when they ran out of stock.
I'm very disappointed with this company and their customer services.

Refund given which could take 10 weeks to reach my bank as they use World Pay !!!! Seems like a con by World Pay

I have an auto-immune condition called MCAS and this little machine has really helped with my energy levels and fitness. My visceral massage therapist has also noted an improvement in my tissue and I feel as if I have had fewer lower back niggles since using it.

This amazing little device really works for me. Can wear it even when shopping. As I am starting to get older, I am feeling a lot more aches and pains and general wear and tear. When I use the Arc for health it seems to mitigate those feelings. I am currently 56 years old and training for my 3rd Great North Run. Couldn't have contemplated that without my little amazing device. I bought this originally for my elderly Dad who suffered with Dementia. Although no longer with us, my mam commented that she had had a small legible conversation with him when he wore the Arc 4 health. Because I can feel the results I bought an Arc Equine for my horses. I cannot express how good this little machine is. I tore my meniscus front and back of my knee and was in pain from January until August. I wore it to bed every night. After 8 weeks my knee was fine and so was a pain I'd had from an injury 4 years ago. Which gave me me jip 24/7 . Last night I felt like I'd pulled a muscle in my back. I wore it to bed and after it went off after 3 hours I turned it on again . I awoke this morning to no pain

Excellent results after using the Arc4health after 2 major surgeries on my wrist. Great recovery on the soft tissue side and I believe the arc helped throughout my whole rehab to give my wrist the best possible healing chance. I am back to 100%!

I broke my leg on 5th April in a horse riding accident at a local riding club show, my tib & fib snapped clean in half and came through the skin. I was told I was wouldn’t be able to walk for 3 months minimum and I wouldn’t be able to get back on my horse for 6 months as this one one of the worst leg breaks you can do.
I started using the Arc unit 10 days after my accident and I truely believe it has helped my recovery incredibly.
11 weeks after I had my accident I was out competing again riding my horse!
I went for my check up X-ray 6 weeks after my injury and my surgeon couldn’t believe how fast my body had recovered.
At only 11 weeks after my accident I could walk without the aid of crutches and walk round pretty normally now, I Just had a slight limp.
5 months on and I still regularly use my Arc unit most days and will continue to do so to manage any pain I may get.
Without this product and a lot of determination I wouldn’t be where I am now.
I’ve recommended the Arcequine and arc4health to so many of my friends, who have now purchased a unit for themselves!
Im still so shocked at the results but incredibly happy!!

The ARC was loaned to me by a friend who thought it may help me with my Anosmia and Parosmia following Covid which I had in March 2020.This awful condition started a couple of weeks after I had recovered from Covid. Initially I had no taste or smell but when it returned everything was distorted.All foods and cooking smells made me very nauseous.I was unable to eat certain foods and drinks.I got extremely depressed and my mood was very low.I lost weight too.Every morning I would wake with a very stuffed blocked nose and a headache.
I started using the ARC on the 20.1 21.By the 3rd night of use i had increased nasal secretions and a slight nose bleed.After the 1st week of use my nose was clear and I could smell strong scents.I continued to wear the ARC for a few months and I have improved greatly.I am now able to eat and drink most things again without getting the awful Covid taste.My mood has lifted and I am a lot happier.I recommended this product to my neighbour who was suffering with an inflammatory condition and also to the therapy department in the hospital where I work who deal with many inflammatory conditions of the hands.
I strongly feel the that the ARC helped me with the inflammation of my nasal passages which is where the Covid virus latches onto initially to the Olfactory nerve.I feel this product has helped me greatly with getting back to normal after this awful condition.
