Good service,collection very easy, have used in the past and will use again if I need to.

The website detail of available parts was easy to negotiate and lead to straight forward ordering.
The items ordered were dispatched promptly and arrived 2 days after order was placed at the time specified. The items in the packaging were well protected ensuring all parts arrived undamaged.

I needed to replace the liners on our Arada ecb7-s3. There was a bit of confusion with the replacement parts .The problem was excellently dealt with , thanks to Louise ( customer service) for the first class service.

I have Been trying to get the fire sorted since September. The fire cost almost £2k, 18 months ago and already it is the 2nd major part to go on it. Being told it was not covered under the lifetime guarantee was devastating. Almost £600 for the new part is criminal. When you rely on heat to aid your mobility when you are disabled is crucial. Arada would not deal with us and told us go back to where we purchased it. We have been emailing the supplier, they have then had to email Arada each time with each question or quote, 12 emails in all over a 4 month period. Still not sorted so my gas fitter found the part on their website and purchased it on our behalf. Would never buy this make again or from this supplier and we are praying we get more than 18 months use out of these substandard parts.
