The technician was very courteous and professional.

The technician notified me while enroute, once onsite walked with me as I showed him my concerns, took care of the areas that I requested him to, explained the treatment that he'd be performing and sent via SMS photos of the work once he had completed the treatment.

Horrible Company!

Horrible Company!
First off, the actual service is sketchy at best. I had a few show up over my year long contract that actually looked like they did work, while the majority were here at best 12 minutes. Aside from the actual service, just try and cancel your service when your contract is up! Customer service is out of Guam or somewhere obscure. I tried calling the actual Fife office number and still ended up their rotten Customer service. Per my contract, my card was charged 71.63 every month tho they only come out every other month. For some reason my charge went to 71.70, 7 cents up. I'll deal with that but in May 2026, my card was charged 78.40. out of 3 calls asking why, 2 reps told me I was charged twice for tax. How does that even happen. I say fine, credit my card back the difference. Can't do that. Instead they credit my Aptive account 71.70 for JUNE 2026 when I have told them multiple times that I have no intention on continuing with this horrible company!! My card gets charged on the 4th of every month. My contract was signed on 6-5-25. If I call on June 3, 2026 to cancel to avoid my card being charged again, $199 cancelation fee!! Unfricken believable! Their remedy - change my billing date from the 4th of the month to the 8th, that way I can call on the 5th to cancel my contract per Juan! This is Pest Control PEOPLE!! You could get out of buying a car contract easier than this company! I am not a betting person but I will all but guarantee you, my card will be charged in June '26. They are so desperate to take every penny they can from you they change the amount of money they charge to your card at their pleasure even tho you signed a contracted monthly amount and then make it near impossible to discontinue service with them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Your nerves and peace of mind will thank me later.

Representative rang doorbell at 7pm…

Representative rang doorbell at 7pm Memorial Day.
This is a gated community with signs that solicitation is not allowed.

Rep implied HOA allowed him to solicit and provided names of some residents that used their service which is creepy in itself.

Reminded 'no solicitation' and would be reported. He said he is here at the direction of the company. Likely out of the Fife Office. Asked to leave card and he declined.

I have picture from another resident's door camera earlier in the day so he has been in the community soliciting for many hours.

RUDE Representative

We had a rep come to our 3 door times in one evening, the last being after 8pm. I finally went to the door to tell him to stop knocking and his answer to me was that I should have answered the first time! How rude! He continued to be very rude. I would NEVER use this company just due to this representative.

Lack of communications with customer.

Didn't call in advance. Didn't ring or knock on my door to speak to me. Sprayed the perimeter without knowing that was NOT where the ant infestation is!
