Garret did an awesome job !

Garret did an awesome job by explaining what he would be doing from start to finish.
He pointed out some very important things ex: several bee’s nest. I am very glad he did that .

A reliable pest control service company

The technician showed up on time, very professional, he asked if there were any problems he should address 1st. He listened to my needs and serviced those areas.
This company is very reliable and very customer service oriented.

Attentive to my issues

First time this young man has come to my house. So nice and attentive, listened well as I walked him around my property. I appreciated his demeanor, and how understanding he was with my rescue dog.

Your guy never got out of the truck!!!! Your Service up till last appointment was excellent but this is a major mark against your company. I sent 2 emails to corporate and got nothing in return. I am seriously thinking of cancelling this account

Last service no one knocked on the door…

Last service no one knocked on the door at arrival to speak to me about my concerns and I don’t think services were completed as my pets are again experiencing fleas. They completed a 6 day treatment and at the same time I called for treatment of the yard but also wanted treatment inside to be sure.

So far just ok

So far just ok. I have had issues with both of the appointments so far. Both were addressed and corrected but the fact that 100% of my appointments required me to call customer care is a disturbing trend.

We have had active for about 5 years…

We have had active for about 5 years now. Aptive takes care of us every time. The price it also right. If in between service is need it all we have to do is call and they will be here taking care of any pest. Mosquitos, bees, wasps, aunts, silver fish, etc.

Garrett always make sure my questions…

Garrett always make sure my questions are answered and my needs are met. We have had problems with wasps and hornets but Garrett (actually, all of the technicans that have treated my home) focused his attention on resolving this problem and we no longer have any wasps or hornets around my home. I am very pleased with Garrett and the results of his work.

Excellent communication is the key!

I found that communication was not up to a 5 star level. For me personally, to sign a contract and agree to a service for 1 year I need to be reassured that I can communicate directly with the people providing the service. Not someone overseas that answers a text with no understanding of what I'm trying to communicate!!! Make sure your staff reads the notes left for them. Why leave information/ directions if they're not going to read it? How else can a customer communicate with this type of service? There are still people who are used to speaking directly to other people ie verbal communication on this earth. We are paying customers. Don't forget about us in your business plan! This is overall feedback about the service not pertaining to a specific date fyi.

The gentleman you sent tried very hard…

The gentleman you sent tried very hard to address my insect problem. He took time to determine what kind of insects were causing my problem. I appreciate his efforts. My concern is that he dropped the long air sprayer down my shower drain. He tried to get it out but he did not have the correct tool(s) to do so. I am worried about the drain getting plugged up in the possibly not-too-distant future.

I feel comfortable knowing that the products being used are pet & Eco friendly.
