Been with aptive for 4+ years

Been with aptive for 4+ years, they always do an amazing job. I have another pest control company that I mistakenly tried and they are constantly trying to upsell me their additional services and never calls to schedule my normal pest control services. Aptive always reminds me of my regular service calls and doesn’t push the upsell

The first time I have been disappointed

I did not initially expect the technician to show up since it was a deep freeze. I received a text from him stating he was thirty minutes out. He asked about concerns. I told him inside only due to the fact that it was freezing. When he arrived he sat outside the house and I waited for him to come in. He never do and then left. I text him asking was he not going to do inside of house. He texted me and said he would be right back. He came back and rushed through the treatment of the house. I asked him to replace glue box traps at the front of the garage. He basically placed the box sticky side up but did not fold the trap into its box shape. I understand that it was not the greatest of weather days to be out doing his job. I do believe he could have put a little more effort into it. I have never before this had a reason to not give high marks on your review

My family is very happy with the…

My family is very happy with the reduction in pests, especially the mosquitoes and scorpions. I enjoy the advance notifications from a week to 30 minutes before arrival. The low cost of the great service is an added plus.

Happy Customer

I love the courtesy text messages I get to let me know when they are 30-45 min away. The technicians are always friendly and always ask if we have any issues. They are thorough in the treatment and I always get a summary of what was treated. They are professional and knowledgeable in their product and line of service.

No Muss, No Fuss, No Bugs

The technician let me know in advance of his visit and arrived on time. He was courteous and friendly and went about his outside and inside treatment with minimum disruption. He took pictures, told me what he'd paid special attention to and let me know when he was finished. I'm very satisfied.

I’ve been happy with service however…

I’ve been happy with service however when I ask questions about the product that kills fleas in my yard I get different answers from different service guys. I wish everyone provides the same knowledge.

A Complimentary Treatment…

I had to have a complimentary treatment inside the house for possible fleas. Landon came to treat my home on Saturday; he was most pleasant, professional, and thorough. He explained what he was going to do inside and outside then proceeded spraying my home. I really liked Landon's attitude and desire to make things right--thank you!
