Quick to respond

In between treatments we were still having issues with ants. I contacted them and they sent someone out within a day or two to retreat for the ants. I like that they are quick to respond when you are having an issue with pests

The service guys that come to do the…

The service guys that come to do the work is great. They are quick and efficient and text you to let you know when they are coming the day before and the hour or so before. The results have been mixed. The ants have not been seen since this service of three months I believe. The mosquitos are a different story. My wife gets bitten a lot when in the pool or on the deck. Other family members too. I call to get reserviced and they send someone else within a couple days. I am told it takes 14 days to be effective. The misfits ans wasp and crickets and dragon fly have been very active. Maybe, its the pool, I don't know.

Aptive Treated the Wrong Home

Aptive treated my neighbors home by mistake. When I called to discuss with them they stated they sprayed the correct home and denied a refund for the service. Even when presented with photos of the wrong home, that were taken by their technician at the time of service, they continued to support their position of treating the correct home. Absolutely ridiculous.

Called for a treatment between regularly scheduled service. Aptive arrived the next business day. Technician was professional and informative. I recommend Aptive for pest control.

Exceptional ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Always great interactions. I called because we saw spiders in the basement between treatments and they had someone at our door in less than 24hrs, you can't compete with that. We had a SEVERE wasp problem for years around our front and back porch, after the first treatment, I haven't seen a single wasp on our entire property.

Gate left open. Dog got out.

Twice now, our gate has been left open by your service person and one of our dogs has gotten out. I would give 3 stars for any service that truly seems to kill the bugs, which yours does, and I honestly appreciate the updates of what locations are sprayed, and the heads up when you are on your way. The dogs getting out is a big enough negative to knock you guys down from from 4-5 stars, to 2. That's strike 2. If it happens again we are switching services

Great customer service, weak chemicals

Great customer service. I don’t feel thier materials work, though. We have ants all over the front and back yard, which I have said here problems from day one, but I continue to find new ant cooonies everywhere, like they are drawn to the chemicals, not killed or sent away from them. They are thorough in their post appointment reviews, sending pictures of what they did and details about where concerns were located. Again, great people, just weak performing chemicals.

Service woman was kind and personable…

Service woman was kind and personable and took her time to be sure she had covered everywhere I needed taken care of.
This was a respray due to finding a large centipede-like bug in my bedroom.
She made sure I felt comfortable before she left!
