We are only having them check rat traps…

We are only having them check rat traps so not much to say. This is because our dog was diagnosed with leukemia last month and we were concerned that the spray used might be involved

Great customer service

Great customer service
Aptive is always timely; they let me know when they're on the way and when they get here. They ask if I need any inside services, and are wonderful when I do. They are also receptive to being told I'm in meetings and can't interact with them. They spray outside and let me know when they're finished. It's always a really positive experience. They make it so I can go outside without getting chewed up, and also keep the big creepy crawlies outside.

I asked tech to get spider webs off…

I asked tech to get spider webs off deck and he only got one side. There are still webs all over the bench and on the other side of the deck. I shouldn’t have to point out all the webs.
