There is a different person every time

There is a different person every time. Some techs come and don’t even know what to do. They don’t knock on the door to see if anyone is home. I e seen techs pull in the driveway and not get out to spray. The only tech Chris Redman, comes to the door and ask for our input. He is consistent, professional and does an excellent work. I am very unhappy with the others who have come to spray.

At our last appointment

At our last appointment, I brought to attention that we had a lot of gnats by our backdoor and we do have mosquito coverage with our plan as well. The technician made sure to spray for gnats and place our mosquito trap to where now we are definitely more comfortable coming outside. Thank you for all your hard work!

Not the service technician, but the product

I’m not saying the service technician was not good but the products don’t seem to be working. Every time our rep comes it has been raining and our outside bug/pest problems are terrible and we can’t enjoy our backyard. At this point if my contract was up I would cancel my service and I can honestly say I would not recommend.

Active has been great so far ..

Active has been great so far ... However, the last 2 times they have come out it has been raining. Im not sure I'm getting the most for my mosquito service as they can't spray in those conditions. The mosquitos seem to appreciate it.

Avoid Aptive

Their technicians never sweep down spider webs and we have some higher areas that they miss spraying. I went out today and sprayed a hornet nest under our eve myself. We don't seem to ever get the same tech. Some have been very nice. One was on his ear pods loudly complaining about Aptive and the work to whoever he was talking to.

This was a retreatment as my windows…

This was a retreatment as my windows were not swept of cobwebs on the regular treatment. The thoroughness and attention to detail related to my issues were exceptional. There were may pictures sent to demonstrate that fact. This retreatment was scheduled quickly too!

Good company with great service and service representatives. The four stars is for changing a scheduled service sometimes. It can be hard to get someone. Besides that, it’s been a phenomenal experience.

Reconsidering your company !!!!!!!!

Today's service tech did not do complete job. This is not the first time I have had to get reservicing for incomplete job. No one wants to have to go behind and check whether service has been fully completed.

Mosquitos not under Reasonable Control

Technicians have tried hard to control mosquitos in my yard. This has not been accomplished. My appointments do get moved out, this time a week and we are being eaten alive. Customer service was no help nor the supervisor. Apparently I get moved because I am further out, really. You can't get out of contract even if unsatisfied, so buyer be aware of 18 month contract. 5/5 2025
