UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE

I had an ant invasion in my kitchen and dining area and small spiders inside. I called early Monday morning and spent a long time on the phone with a customer service rep. I told him MULTIPLE times of my problem and I wanted a technician to come and treat the issue on the INSIDE of my house. He said you have an appointment on the 11th of November and they could treat it then! After many times explaining that was UNACCEPTABLE he scheduled it for yesterday. The person showed up, said he would treat the outside and it would take 20 minutes then I was understanding he would come inside. He did NOT. He just left! I expect my account to be credited for one month since I had to call another to come and fix this problem!

The technician was polite

The technician was polite, knowledgeable and I could tell he was being very thorough, including noticing two wasps nests in the eaves that he then removed.

retreat

The technician texted me the night before and let me know when he would be in the area. I appreciated this instead of having to wait and wonder all morning. He did the retreat for ants around my kitchen sink inside and out .

Vole treatment

When I signed up for the service, I was told that the vole problems that we are having would be treated and it would greatly reduce the vole problem.

The vole treatment has not been applied until yesterday when I was able to be home and specifically ask that the treatment be done.

The vole treatment was the fundamental reason that I signed up for the service and I have not received what I was told I would receive.

The service was fine and I am grateful but I tried twice to reach the office ahead of time and had no luck. I really needed to cancel but received no response to my emails.

I'm glad the tech was honest and told me that it wasn't a good idea to put attractant on to the counters in the kitchen, cuz it would draw ants in.

Great Service!

They always ask what my concerns are and l appreciate that. Many people in my area are having trouble with ants & rats but I’m not thanks to Aptive Pest Control. The technicians are always very polite and professional.

Overall happy with all personnel.
Not happy with communication when I can't ever get a live person. Robot tells me I am going to speak to a rep and the phone rings a few times and cuts me off!
Very hard to reschedule an appt. with robots help. Thank you!

Great service

The Aptive notifies me of the next appointment date and allows me to change the date if necessary.
The techs always text me with an ETA on the day of the appointment.
I have seen quite a reduction of pests in and around the house within a few months of starting with Aptive.

My is mom 80 years old

My is mom is 80 years old, she lives with us. A representative comes to the house and offers $40 for the first treatment and $80 for the next treatment going forward. So I tell the rep Ok. Next thing I know I am getting a bill for $80 every month with no treatment but I don't realize it until the third month because they do come back for a follow up the second month. I don't need a treatment every month. So I complain and the person on the phone says its a monthly charge even with no service and its in the contract. I never seen a contract. But later a see a pdf file with a contract that someone printed my name. Very shady operation. They let me out after I said I would speak to the better business bureau. Plus their first visit they didn't show up, rescheduled, second visit the person was there 15 minutes didn't come in the kitchen as requested, got someone to come back later again. We will see if October 15th there is another bill and a call to The BBB.
