Great Customer Service

The young man made sure we were home and then asked us if we were having any problems with pests. He treated the exterior of our home very well. We were very pleased.

These guys are great

These guys are great. They communicate well, they work very fast, they are very knowledgeable on how to treat my home every time they return. And if I see any bugs in between treatments, they come back out and provide the same great service yet again.

A Professional Job

We've had a total of three treatments. Each time, the Aptive technician has arrived on schedule, has let us know by phone 20 or 30 minutes ahead of time, and done a professional job of applying the treatments. We've not actually seen pests other than ants, but we know they're in the area, and Aptive's treatments seem like a good precaution.

This visit was a waste of my money and I'd like it refunded because I couldn't reschedule visit by email (your program defaulted my input). Did not identify the company name by ID when called before arriving, so I don't answer the call (this is a very common practice these days by scammers). Then didn't ring the doorbell on arriving, so I didn't get chance to talk to the new trainee person accompanied by a trainer about the problem area and it WAS NOT taken care of. I should not have to pay for this. Your automated program did not serve me well this time.

Really?

Termite guy showed up. I asked for him to text when done. I wanted to open garage for him to inspect. Never saw him from my back window to see if he was inspecting perimeter. Went outside 15 min later, no truck. He also promised pictures. Nothing….

Your service person did not spray the…

Your service person did not spray the entire property as they usually do. i spoke with customer service and was told the charge would be reversed, that has not happened. I have had excellent service from you, don't screw it up now..please.
