First off…

First off…. AFTER they came out influx of bugs and fleas. Biggest joke ever! Do not recommend! Way to expensive in the first place and then to have a huge uptick in pests is ridiculous!

Came out in a day they weren’t…

Came out in a day they weren’t scheduled so had them come back out. Told him we had an issue with a mouse in the pantry and he put the mousetrap outside the house. So now we’re still have a mouse problem inside the house.

Shows up to your house at 9pm took them…

Shows up to your house at 9pm took them a week to contact me to reschedule my appointment. Person contacted me and said they would let me know when they was a stop or 2 away I get a text saying they was ONE minute away. Sat out front in the work truck for like 10 minutes before he even came to the door. Didnt check my bait box out back pretty sure he didn’t spray the yard either did a half spray of the perimeter of the house pictures to prove it wrote him a message after they contacted me that morning asking if there was any concerns of what I needed done I wrote him a whole text completely ignored it then comes in the house and asks if there is any concerns like really? I’m going to cancel this service I don’t recommend nothing the say can make me stay I rather eat the discount cost then keep a unreliable service

Lying company

Lying company. I am a returning customer and they promised me to send me $150 visa card. Upon checking, they say I don't qualify even though I called the dedicated line for the offer and mentioned the offer upfront to salesman Jaden Adams. Truly unprofessional. Don't sign up with them.

No problem with service

I have always had very nice people to…

I have always had very nice people to come spray for me. I like the pictures and the last person was good enough to go back after leaving and spray the sewer for me cause I forgot to tell them.

I have never had so many ants in my…

I have never had so many ants in my yard and wasp nest. I have specifically addressed to treat the yard and beds for ants. I waited for the treatment to work and just treated my lawn myself with a lawn spray to kill ants, and a host of other bugs and it was one and done. Not happy with the change in pest control service.

Cleaned out outdoor termite signs

The gentlemen that made the inspection was very polite and knowledgeable. However, I believe it was a mistake to tell me the weep hole had mud packed it it, and that was a sign of termites. He said he had cleaned it out. I feel he should have shown me the problem, and THEN cleaned it out. I am left with some skepticism.

Chris did our service today. I am very pleased with the inspection and work he did. Due to expected rain he used dry powder in the weep holes and around the exterior. He was very knowledgeable in explaining it to me.

they decide for you

That the application day is not on a number of week but when Aptive decide sometime was only 3 weeks others was 4 or 5 weeks. probably is not so good like they said.
