Great experience this time
Great experience this time. Our new Tech arrived during the day. We talked, and I pointed out some wasp nests under my high eves, that have been multiplying for a year. No other tech was able to remove them, in spite of my request everytime. Everyone else always had excuses, like “my pole isn’t long enough”. “We’re getting a longer pole next week”, which no one knew anything about on the next visit. Love this guy!

Great Service...consistently!
This company is great. I have used them for over a year now and all of their service techs are great. The will do a fantastic job inside and out. They target pest and you will see the difference after they're gone. They offered great tips for me and they come back out anytime after you have had service to do another one for FREE if you are not satisfied. You don't have to wait for your next scheduled date or be charged again. I'll use them for years to come.

I Highly Recommend!
The Aptive personnel are always quick and efficient when it comes to taking care of my yard for pests. Quentin came over this last time and took care of everything for us. He was a pleasure to talk with,too. I've honestly had no complaints about the service I get from Aptive. Aptive can always be counted on to do a thorough, complete job per your needs. However, it is getting to be a little pricey. Scheduling can be a challenge as no matter what I schedule, I regret it on the day scheduled.

This young man was so cheerful. I knew he was happy at his job. He called ahead of appt to say when he would arrive and was on time. I answered no problems. I said he didn’t need to let me know when he was done as I have a hard time to come to the door. He said, he wished me a blessed day. I smiled and said thanks. Then he sent me a text with pictures of all he did. Amen.

Over billing
Has nothing to do with THIS TIME, but rather they have promised to call me back several times to correct the issue of the previous year because of over billing on service not needed. Supposedly a manager would be calling to resolve the issue but he never calls.
