I am a strong believer in 'integrity'

I am a strong believer in 'integrity' - integrity of any contract I may sign, integrity of the company providing the service, integrity of the worker performing the work, integrity on my part to pay my bill on time and in full. For this reason, I do not feel a need to follow the worker around to make sure he does what he is supposed to do - and that is why I am not able to comment on how well he has done (unless something is obviously not right.)

Its not your product

Its not your product, it’s how your company runs my contract promises and double charged my visa. Twice. Since ive signed up it’s been very stressful dealing with charges. However I feel like i have to follow the technician so i get what I’m paying for.

I do not like that they will not accept…

I do not like that they will not accept checks for payment of services and have to have a credit card number in their system where it can be hacked. Also, AI's are not adequate for getting to a live person who is at the company.

Y’all don’t keep agreements

No noticfaction upon arrival at my home. So how am I to know if he was here. Pretty much everyone that came out didn’t wipe spider under eaves nor on the left side of the house. I only saw one person do the lawn, which was the person who came in September. Also I was by the person who signed me up there wouldn’t be any issues with me canceling the service at any point and not be penalized cuz I didn’t want it year round. Now y’all want me to continue the service even though I can’t afford it, that’s not what your salesman and I agreed upon. I will be letting people know about your services. Thanks
