The man who came& told our neighbor…

The man who came& told our neighbor about a large wasp's nest that was located in a electrical box that goes to his (not mine). I thought that was nice that he did that while servicing my house. He then sprayed a little "bug juice" in his box. I was fine with that & thought it was a good public relations gesture.

They do keep pests away

They do keep pests away, but the service is very expensive. It’s also supposed to be every 20-40 days, and they ALWAYS schedule every 20 days. So you have to go in and reschedule, but there’s never dates available past a few days. So you have to keep rescheduling every few days to get closer to every 40 days. It’s obnoxious.

So it definitely helps with pest prevention, but it seems they purposely reschedule every 20 days to get even more money from you.

Bad service

There is usually someone who knocks at our door. And we give them permission to spray after that. But instead of just going back then coming back later the guy just sprayed all over and took the money I personally did not have like seriously what kind of service is this.

Great company

I've had Aptive treat my home for about 4 years and have been very happy with the results. There is an outside entrance to a basement utility area which they also treat including the stairway down to it. They also treat the lawn for bugs/bug eggs.
Their applicators are all very friendly. Great company!

The automated service is not great… I…

The automated service is not great… I cancelled the appt. but they came anyway( & I can’t review them when I wasn’t home!!)I know they will come back to do the inside, but that’s not the point!!! If I cancel the appt I don’t want them to come, if I don’t cancel then that gives them permission to come & work.

It’s just pest control…nope!

It’s just pest control, they are all the same. Not in my experience. Aptive does a great job asking what is needed, following up with images and a summary of service, and if I need something, the team is super responsive. I seem to get really good Field Techs as well. I wish I could remember all their names, but it is great to see the same friendly faces.

Hard to call but good service

The local office was very good but the numbers given were horrid. The phone numbers I had were for a call service and nobody local. They did not get my name spelled correctly until the local office contacted me despite several calls to the “call center”. Once I had the local number, everything improved. The techs have been good and the service is thorough and effective.

Probably the worst company I have ever…

Probably the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Firstly, their product is terrible. Still had bugs. Didnt do a thing. Worst part is they make it impossible to cancel. You have jump through a million hoops and send multiple emails. They are basically engaged in unlawful business practices.

responsive team that showed up on time. they came back for a re-treatment when more wasps were found. great service.

The tech shows up when he says he will

The tech shows up when he says he will. He always takes great pictures of where he did the application. Plus we never have any bugs in the house since we started with Aptive Environmental.
