They offer free re-services between visits, but they will charge you as regular services and not refund/credit you after you call to bring it to their attention.
Horrible customer service from phone operator Sharon. The actual techs are great.

No surprises

Given my disdain for mosquitoes, I arranged for a monthly service with Aptive Environmental. These folks offer thorough treatment plans for pest control that are environmentally friendly. They are great communicators before and after each visit. If you're looking to live in a "bug free" zone, I suggest you give these folks a try. They are reasonably priced as well!

High price low result

First off over priced and lock you in a 2 yr contract after 6 months you still have bugs ants etc. When you need them to come on your days off so they can spray inside they can never make it. I will be discontinuing service in July. And getting someone else.

Active communicates and services well

Active communicates well by email and text to alert me of upcoming appointments and charges. I get a different tech each time but they have lol been thorough and knowledgeable about what is needed season by season. I have not had spider problems since I have started using them.

Courteous, respectful & thorough.

They let you know that they are here by ringing the doorbell. When I ask them to spray a certain area they are quick to comply. They are friendly & respectful.

When they come they should know to spray the entire yard both back & front & change the poison for the rats. Maybe they do know, but I always mention it.

Service started out great when the…

Service started out great when the company communicated the appointment times, but once that stopped service went downhill. I would get random knocks at the door from techs saying they were there for service and I would show them I never received notice of services that day or any day as a matter of fact. On the days they would show up while I was at work, they could only do the front of the house (back gates and house are obviously locked) and I would still get charged the full fee for not even half a service. The online system is buggy and customer service is nonexistent. Honestly, you can go to another environmental friendly company for less and better service.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the outstanding service provided by Zach, our pest control technician. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable about his work. He took the time to explain the treatment plan, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure every concern was addressed.

Zach’s attention to detail and thoroughness gave me complete confidence in the process. He went above and beyond, ensuring not only that our home was treated properly but that we also understood how to maintain a pest-free environment moving forward.

I texted the tech back after he texted…

I texted the tech back after he texted me wanting to know about what time he would be here. He texted back that he would be here 9-10 am. He didn’t show up until 2:30 pm. He did a half-assed job. He left the bait box sitting open on the back wall. If I had to do it over I wouldn’t have signed up for your service. You send out 2 good techs for the first service and then everyone else does a minimum job. I won’t be renewing my service nor will I recommend you to anyone.

I asked the tech to replace snap rat traps he declined to do it and said it is against the company policy. I told him the company always have done it. But, still refuse to do it.

The service was on point, great customer service with excellent communication on what his service would entail. I would recommend Aptive to friends and family.

Reviews via text what the service entails, which is very nice. Will ask if anything else is needed or issues we see. Communication is stellar with our last visit. All your technicians should provide the same customer service.
