The technician has gone to the wrong…

The technician has gone to the wrong address for my service. After talking with Aptive pest control several times they still failed to come to the correct address on the scheduled date. I have given them several chances to redeem themselves, and I am very disappointed in their service. Looking for a new pest control service.

Obviously just reposted from last summer. There are items that are in places that were not depicted in those photos. Other than that false report he did a fine job.

When there’s no call and no show plus shitty job.

When there’s no call and no show. This cost me a day of work. Last sprayer did a shitty job didn’t even complete the job, was gone in 10 mins. He never came to the door and told me what he found like the other guys. Sent me a few pictures is all. They were a joke. Had to have someone come out again. Of course it was Josh again.
Set the new spot and get a e-mail stating they will be here Tuesday. Tuesday is not what we talked about. Then after calling I got a text saying Thursday morning we discussed Thursday afternoon. I want out now but will wait till my contract is up.
