Since we have started using Aptive we have seen less spider webs, no ants in the house. The techs ask us relevant questions and listen to us.

This is the 2nd review-how many do you need?

This is the 2nd review & am confused to how many I have to submit? I need a time frame that my service will be done so I can open back gate and I would also like to go over areas I would like sprayed. This last service there where 2 areas am not confident got done? I also not happy that I get charged monthly even when NO service has been completed.

During the past 17 months of an 18…

During the past 17 months of an 18 month contract your field service technicians have not performed their tasks in a consistent manner. All the technicians, except 2, have left spider webs, miminal spraying, stating that certain areas can not be sprayed,etc. Depending upon who shows up, I get a different answer to my questions. I have called the customer service number and consistently told that the next technician will be better. Of course that never happened except on 2 occasions. I am not interested in renewing the contract when it expires on 1/29/26. Horrible experience with this company even after expressing the poor service received.

REVIEW

Everything was fine. Technician arrived on time. He was courteous and efficient and inspected all suspect areas. He set rat traps in appropriate places and informed me that Aptive would return to inspect and remove traps that caught rats/mice and would reassess the situation next month. Since Aptive does not remove rat debris, he referred me to a company that does.

The service technician was professional…

The service technician was professional and comprehensive. Unfortunately, the service did not resolve the rodent problem we have; however, this was through no fault of the service technician.

The service was to address ants…

The service was to address ants infestation. The service man came once and didn't fix the problem. He came second time and didn't fix the problem. The ants still exist and moving everywhere. He even said my we are rude. He didn't spray under the sink where he promised he would. Good part is he came on the appointment day. But the service didn't fix the problem.

Half ass work

Twice i forgot to leave the side gate open and they never called to gain access. They just did the front of the house and called it complete and i was charged full price. I won't be renewing the contract.

Thorough Service, but better appointment scheduling.

Service provided to protect my place from insects, is very thorough. My only complaint is the scheduling process for appointments. I have specific property entry concerns, and need a tighter window for arrival.

Aptive initially came out to spray on…

Aptive initially came out to spray on Halloween, but my mom had gone into the hospital and forgot to unlock the gate. We called the company to have them come out and complete the job in the backyard. So they scheduled another day and promptly came out to complete the job. Thanks for the great communication Aptive and of course for taking care of the nasty critters

The people are nice and respectful.they…

The people are nice and respectful. They let me know a week in advance when my appointment is coming up and again a day or two in advance. They ask about problem areas. They clean all the cobwebs and stuff wherever they see them. They are easy to reschedule appointments with whenever I need to change my appointment. They always send me photos of the areas they are spraying and working in. The insects have been noticeable less since they have been coming to our house. We have been very happy with our service.
