I have had to call twice now because…

I have had to call twice now because they keep sending people to my house without notice. I have asked twice now to pause my service and instead they keep booking appointments. If this is how business is going to be done, I would stay far away

The technician was through

The technician was through, friendly, and seemed to do all of the required task.
They were actually there for the right amount of time. Sometimes in the past the technician is in and out in 10 min and I ask Aptive to come back out and they do.

quick response

I had a pest treatment outside my home about a month ago. About 2 weeks ago, I started getting an invasion of ants in the kitchen. Called Aptive. They sent someone out the next day and did a complimentary treatment. Asked if I wanted inside, too. I declined, but they resprayed outside. No more ants.

Antion is a very organized employee

Antion is a very organized employee. He explained the various areas of the yard/house that he would be spraying and also told me about what he had found/noticed while working. He also took photos of the various areas & showed me evidence of rodents which he also handled.

An Aptive Tech Review

I like that the technician texts when he's about 30 minutes out, asks for specific issues and upon arrival we chat more specifically. He does a great job swiffering the spiders' webs and bug spraying. He leaves pics of what he's done.

Mixed results

Good tech did his best to get rid of moths but didn’t have traps. Said they were not in inventory. Seems to me that being the case, company should get a few at any hardware store. Successfully eliminated ants and cleaned up spiders and yard pests. Bottom line is I still have moths and some larvae in the housr

Over all a great company

I appreciate the many reminders they send me and that the technicians let me know when they are one the way. It helps me plan the time with my animals being outside. The technicians have been very pleasant and knowledgeable when ever I have had questions of concerns. They always do a very efficient job and I appreciate the photos they text me when they are done.

Excellent communication

I think the amount of communication we get from the company as well as the techs is exceptional. They give you plenty of notice on when they're coming and I get texts from the tech on their arrival and all service performed. And they are all super friendly and customer oriented.
