Poor communication and incomplete service

Despite the fact that we specifically requested indoor treatment, the technician did not ring the doorbell when they arrived or even try to contact us about coming inside. So they did not address the issue we were having with ants inside the house.

I called to cancel my pre scheduled…

I called to cancel my pre scheduled treatments and the service representative told me that I would have to call to schedule my next service. 2 days later, I had a service tech at my home telling me that he was unable to cancel my service appointment without being charged.

Our pest problem is not being dealt with

Our pest problem presently is clothes moths. Aptive has done zero to help with this problem. The traps that they supplied first had no phermones, and now the new traps have phermones that do not work. I am about to cancel the service. I have found that Bug MD traps work great but we still have moths.. Why do I have to pay out-of-pocket to buy traps that are effective?

I have very happy with the pest control…

I have very happy with the pest control people for as long a I've had aptive.
I would like a business card to put with my files if needed.
Recently however I had to change my visa and debit card numbers. I have dfficulty with the computers so asked to change the number on the phone. She said she could not do it and I would have to use the computer. Therefor I was sent to collections. I called the company and they said they could help me and did.

This was one of the better experiences I have had. The worker asked a lot of questions and made sure I was educated how to get rid of bugs. He was meticulous and detailed. Great!!!

After 10 days from spray there were an…

After 10 days from spray there were an explosion of red spiders so I had to spray the entire outside of the house and all common hang it's of the back yards, my dog's were being bitten and I had to rush my girls to the Vets so at this point if I do the job my self at least I know it gets done with stronger chems that I have used for years, and after careful inspection by my wife she notice that even the cobwebs weren't sweeped away. So this was a trial that witch you guys failed.
Cancel my account ASAP.
