Never received the order. have reached out to the company numerous times in numerous ways and still have not been contacted back.

I ordered a leather firewood carrier from Apron Crafts for $110. Now they want a review? I have no merchandise sent to me, and no prospective date for delivery. I emailed them for clarification and have received no reply. Even if I receive my product, it now seems winter will be over. Looks to me so far like a big rip-off. If you can't produce or communicate, refund my money.

This company claims that they have an office in California and their products are made in the US but it comes from Pakistan! Took almost a month to arrive and claim to be fast and that they are a small business and that they would send a "bonus gift" for the inconvenience, but of course never did! They have lied every step oof the way. The support phone number was a UK number that was disconnected and the support email address was dentalimpressionputty.com - I filed a claim and then they changed their phone number and support address. If you want to return the product they make you pay for the return. Everything about this company is FAKE. Don't get scammed, RUN!

The quality of the leather is very good!

The detail work on the leather patchwork lettering has the incorrect spacing and font size. The lettering was not square and very misaligned. I would like to exchange it for one without lettering patchwork.

The coupon never worked. Messages by phone never went through. Response be direct message late. Order could not be completed easily on line. Buttons to proceed did not work. It was not user friendly. My address appeared with wrong city and right zip code and am having problems correcting it.

I'm pretty sure this is a scam. I've received no tracking information. The phone number associated with this company is not in service. The pay servicer is associated with a dental company in England. No one answers that phone. UPDATE: I did a dispute on PayPal, and someone from this company reached out to me with excuses about why I haven't received any product. They promised I would see the tracking information about a week ago, but I still haven't. I'll continue updating here.

never received apron, ignoring request for refund, been 4 months. ridiculous. do not buy

Lots of pockets and very easy to use. Also fits well as per the size chart.

I was very excited about the blacksmith aprons and wanted to love the one I ordered, but I guess that’s not in the cards. It started when I signed up for their notifications and they sent a 10% off code. Upon check out I received an error saying that the code was no longer valid. I emailed the company about it but never heard back. I went ahead and placed an order for a $170 apron, and I added edge painting so it would look great. On arrival the apron did not have complete edge painting, they sprayed the color dye with straps laying on the apron so there were stripes of plain leather on the front where the straps blocked the coloring. Additionally, there were two rivets missing from the pocket corners. I took pics and sent them in an email asking for an exchange. I have not received any reply and I suppose I should have known this would happen when they ignored the discount code email to begin with. I would happily pay more for an apron just to be treated like my business matters to the company.

The quality of the Apron is top shelf, none better. My heartache is the surprise additional cost at delivery. I had to pay an additional $40 and change when it was delivered with no explanation for the charge. Extra tax, tariff, additional shipping… regardless of the fee it should have been listed and charged when ordered.

Potentially a scam, i ordered the nova duffel bag over 10 days ago, and even after reaching out via the website and support email. I’m yet to receive an order update or tracking number.

Aprons are not made in the US. Charged by a company named Syze UK LTD, sent through DHL by a company named Moto Collection from Sialkot, Pakistan. Apron is not worth the money and not exactly like in the picture. Yet, it isn't too bad I have to say (better than some sold on Amazon, and if I made it using leather bought in the US I'd probably pay $40 for the material).

This apron was made in Pakistan for 80.00 and dropshipped despite being marketed as "Proudly Made in the USA". It is absolutely nothing like the picture and I've received better quality cheap aprons from Amazon. The leather is thin and the straps are short and also a different color than advertised.

It's been more than a week since I placed my order and have not been able to obtain confirmation of the order or when it is expected to ship out. The company's phone numbers don't work. I have emailed support and no one has returned my email. The 24/7 live chat function doesn't work. The address for the company showed appears to be a regular non descript house. I believe I have been scammed.

The quality is absolutely ridiculous!! It’s paper thin and it came all wrinkled up shoved in a small box. Not even sure if this is real leather. Doesn’t look anything like the photo. Waste of money. This company should be embarrassed to send out such garbage. I bought this as a gift and I’m embarrassed to give it.

Never receive an email about shipping and haven’t received item. Tried contacting them with no response.
