I placed my order on October 18 2025, I still haven't received my order yet. I even paid for priority shipping that said shipped within 1-3 business days. Today is November 2nd of 2025....

The whole point of this purchase was because of wanting to wear this for my Asia trip...this is 100% meaning less...

I ordered a jacket on Oct 20th. It is now Nov 1st with no indication of shipping or processing. I emailed support twice asking status with zero responses. Order #44606

Ordered a jacket on 4th October, still got no news about shipment. Tried several times to contact them by email and Facebook and got no answer

It's been a month and I haven't heard anything from Apricoat nor have I received the jacket I bought. I've bought 2 jackets from Apricoat in the past, and It's a bit disappointing to see the lack of response to my emails enquiring about the shipping.

Order was placed on 9/28/2025 as of 10/26/2025 I sill have not received this order. Also no tracking information.

I ordered in Early October, I have yet to receive the jackets, or shipping confirmation. It was supposed to be 3-5 day shipping. We're getting close to a month, and no word from Apricoat.
In the past I have had success with their products, but no reply for shipping is frustrating.

Coat never arrived, paid extra for fast shipping but status never changed from pending to dispatched. Can't get hold of anyone for a refund so lost the money. Feels like a scam.
Real shame as the coat I got from them back in 2021 was really good.

Ordered two weeks ago, haven't received any updates, item hasn't shipped. No response from support.

I ordered product on September 25, 2025 and have yet to receive anything. I had reached out a few weeks ago and have received zero communication. I LOVE my TWO expensive jackets from you folks, but this level of customer service is very disappointing.

Still haven't received my order. Than ask. All of my orders have been delivered at a reasonable time. I will wait till then to rate the jacket.

I have emailed twice without a reply.
Ordered 4 coats 2 weeks ago and have not received them yet.

Absolutely no updates, no tracking number, and no response to multiple emails.
Weeks have passed, and still NO products received!

I made the mistake of trusting this website, and it’s clear now that it’s a complete scam. Don’t fall for it like I did.

I’m currently trying to get my money back through my credit card company.

Avoid this site at all costs!

No shipping confirmation
After a week, I haven't received shipping confirmation despite choosing DHL shipping.

I ordered a jacket on 13 September 25, but I haven't received anything yet. Despite sending numerous emails to their support center asking for information about the shipment, I haven't received any reply. The phone always sounds busy. It's probably a scam.

Easy to use and navigate site, order process very smooth. The best part is the fantastic products!!

I got my Apricoat jacket through crowdfunding, which has been risky, but it was delivered on time and lives up to its promise. Lots of pockets. Light. Comfortable. And at a very good price.

I bought two more as gifts to friends and family - and nobody wants to give a gift that ends up being poor quality.

I emailed customer service twice regarding my order with order number described!! I RECEIVED NO RESPONSE!!
I want to know when I am receiving my order!!! I am very disappointed! My past experiences with Apricoat was good.

Ordered coat. Never received. After confirmation email, no communication from company despite multiple emails. Calls to company get busy signal or message saying number not taking calls. Would not recommend this company.
