I LOVE the Women’s Adventure Jacket so much that I had to buy a second one in black. I originally purchased the grey one and get compliments on it often. I have other black jackets which is why I chose grey, but since I wear this one more than any other coat I have I decided it made sense to buy the black one too. Couldn’t be happier!

The coat I bought is the best active wear coat I have ever purchased. The quality exceeds any prior purchase of this type by quite a bit. I had to exchange for a larger size and the rep was easy to work with. Highly recommend!

I have already purchased their adventure 2.0 and eco down jacket. And just recently purchased their backpack. All of their products are high quality, comfortable, and easy to use. They did an awesome job hiding and adding a plethora of pockets all over the jacket. I love the fit of the products and the feel of the material. Lastly, the customer service is very helpful and responsive. You won't go wrong purchasing from Apricoat.

Ordered a yellow coat which was shown on the website, and which I had received offers on. Turns out that it is not available. I have been offered it in another colour shipped from US instead of EU and that Apricoat will in in this case cover import duties. That is fine, and good service, but I am still dissatisfied that a produkt promoted on the site is not available even though it never said it was unavailable on the ordering site.

Extraordinary client service. Very polite, got everything done that i needed. Really felt like there is another human being on the other side that is genuinely trying to help you.

May 24 UPDATE: It's been months, and customer service stopped replying about the backpack, which was never shipped. BIG disappointment.

I got my first Apricoat (Adventure 2.0) at their first Kickstarter. And my second (EcoDown) when they launched their second Kickstarter. The Adventure Pants I bought together with the URBN Traveler backpack, which I'm anxious to receive.
Well, coming back so often shows I've really liked the brand. Products are great! Price is OK, and quality is on par with the big global players. The jackets are really well though through, and besides a couple of suggestions (double zippers, finishing on the gloves, and I'm not a fan of the vertical pockets on the pants), they're easily my favourite jackets !!!

This was m second order still got one more for sure maybe two more items on site i want plus another suit hands down VERY GOOD EQUIPMENT LOVE IT !!

The jacket itself is great and a good buy. The only issue I have is that I have lost my hood and they cannot provide a replacement. For as much as I paid for this jacket, you would think you could by a replacement hood. I'm sure I am not the only one that has this issue

I’d like to review the product but it was never sent, I gave them weeks to do it too. They happily took my money but ignored me thereafter, do yourself a favour and buy from a proper company, these clowns can’t even open emails.

Placed an order, it never shipped, no one communicated with me until I reached out. Never heard if we came to a resolution because once again no one is communicating with me. It's obvious that customer service is not on the agenda for your organization.

Heard about the Apricoat...needed one for a cycle trip.
Ended up ordering a few more items..somehow clicked on the wrong size...seconds after placing online order, sent email to company to please change size before shipping..received automated emails but no real response for about 4 days. Called customer service line 7x or so and heard 'we are now unavailable'..Gave up. After 4 days, Cust svc contacted me and was right on top of things. Promised a no cost return label for the 1 item and Apricoat was very on top of all after that.
Got the coat and and I love it. Socks were nice and shirt arrived after return and size and quality were what I'd hoped. Loved the coat! Answer your phones over there and you'll do well, Apricoat!

Jacket fit tighter in the body then expected. Not breathable, no ventilation, felt like a baked potato while wearing it.
Thought I would save a couple bucks and buy directly from the company... Much to my dismay when the item didn't fit the way I would like I tried to return for refund, but since I received a discount when buying they would only return for store credit or a different size. However, I could've bought on Amazon for 20% off with free returns. Stupid policy that is not well published. Never again with this company.

Apricoat products are great! Their coat/jacket kept me comfortable and warm when snowed in. That’s saying a lot for a SoCal boy! Their pants are very comfortable and allow freedom of movement. Socks are great too! They take pride in what they design and make and stand behind it all. Great company. Great products.

Both my son and his father loved their coats. Great for trekking and rainy weather.

I love Apricot. They have quality products for a fair price. The cut and style is very modern and comfortable.

Before getting into the review of the apricoat I want to say customer service aand support has been very good. Now if the product equaled that I would be happy. But not even close.
I prefer to call this the expensive 16 pocket gimmick coat. This is easily the worst use of money I have spent. I paid $14-$15 a pocket.
Ok I live in Arizona but work in Alaska in the summers in commercial
fishing. The 16pgc arrived in Arizona b4 I left for the north. Tried it on just to see if it fit. It did - took it off and packed it.
When finally needed it the true disaster the coat is came. 2 of the most unforgivable omissions for an outdoor coat. The freakin zipper! Zip up and u r in a sleeping bag it feels like. The omissions, no zip up from bottom so you are stuck in it. Really bad design. OK failing that how about some Velcro tabs up the zipper line so you don’t have to zip yourself in. These are such common sense things to have on any outdoor coat. How can they have missed that??? LL Bean has more useful rain coats.
Then after the fact climbing 2 flights of stairs at the cannery with a T-shirt underneath I started sweating like crazy. Maybe it is the gimmick gloves or the material but I cannot imagine hiking or sking with this 16pgcoat
Now should I have found out about these failings when I tried the fit? Maybe but in 100F weather you really can’t test it out so I just made sure the size worked.
Return policy is only a test fit is allowed. I cannot return this for a refund but a credit. Unfortunately I would not buy or trust to buy any of their products.
I am resigned to the fact that I made a mistake, an expensive one.
And if anyone can tell me with a straight face that the zipper situation is great as is…. Well sorry I would question your mental state. You must be sweating so much inside that to think straight.
On the positive it does seem to do a good job with the rain. It just feels so restrictive when zipped up that makes it uncomfortable.
