Fast service and they were able to come repair our dishwasher the same day on which I called!

Worried to use them again. Getting on the phone with someone was difficult. I thought I was getting a free assessment, but apparently the damage was bad that as they were assessing the issue with the fridge the main part had to be replaced because it was broken even more during assessment. My main issue was that the fridge was no longer making ice. I was told they fixed the temperature (which was actually another issue), but they said that if it ice machine doesn't work (which it should) I should call back and have them take it apart again. I'm kind of scared to do that and be stuck with a even more broken part that needs immediate attention.

Great experience. I had water leaking from my refrigerator. Service desk was responsive and an appt was immediately set. Technician was thorough, nice, and totally helpful. Couldn’t have been better!

I spent $300+ dollars for a repair on a stove and it wasn't the right solution. They replaced a regulator on the inside of the stove and what it needed was a different regulator on the bottle outside. I felt like I wasted $300 on an unnecessary repair.

They were prompt and very professional. They even gave me tips on how I can improve the maintenance of my washing and dryer units.

He was supposed to come back if the light didn't go off. I called him and no show.

They did a great job! I needed a part and he got the part and was able to complete the repair the same day. I highly recommend!

Worst ever. They came out, looked at our washer and said it would cost over 200.00 to repair. Then when we said no, they wanted 75.00 just to come out. They never disclosed that when we created the appointment. She hung up on me twice, cursed me out a couple times and the manager called and told me that no one quotes for free. He said he even listened to the call and said that they neither disclosed the fee NOR did I ask about a fee. But I did ask. I asked if we needed to pay anything and she said, no, you will get a quote before you are charged. Never again.

My machine is working like a charm. The young man who fixed it was very good at his job. He didn't waste time he did the job and moved on. I like that.

Nathan did everything he could to fix the washer but the part is on back order and we elected to just replace it. He replaced the heating element in the dryer quickly and was very thorough.
