It was going good than it just stopped. Why? I don't know.

I’ve been a loyal customer for about 3 years now, the application has always been a pain to get through and if you make one mistake you have to start the whole process all over again as it can take over an hour to get any response for sure not an instant process.
Last month I didn’t receive an approval email I contacted the company to absolutely no prevail and spoke to no one. Not one person returned any calls however I did figure out how to access my loan on my own.
This month they received payment in full as usual, and I go to reapply and now it’s saying I need to reapply after receiving my confirmation email, I cannot access my loan info and surprise surprise no one is responding.
It’s a headache, customer service? None, if you’re in a hurry or emergency for help don’t count on this company.

The absolute worst to deal with anything but a smooth process

This is an amazing company!! They are very professional! I am a returning customer and once a month when I reapply they send me the paperwork to sign within minutes of receiving my application and my money is ready to deposit minutes later!! They are not consistent and hard to tell if this is a full time company or someone's side project. Website looks bad and outdated by a couple decades, I can't imagine they put alot into modern web security. They were ok the first few times then went downhill quick. They took out the wrong amount last time I borrowed, it's fine, glitches happen but they haven't responded to any applications since, staff just went missing for a month. I sent an email asking if they were still operational, got told to reapply only for it to get ignored again. Not going to recommend them because they don't seem to be a serious company that will actually be there when needed. My experience with them is maybe you get a response, maybe you won't.

Takes very long to receive an email for approval once application is submitted sometimes a few days! Also it feels like at least 1 person that works there has no clue of what they are doing in regards to answering emails.
