Apple does not operate official retail stores in Pakistan, and we are transparent about being an independent reseller of compatible and third-party accessories. Regarding the charger, we never advertise third-party products as “Apple-manufactured” originals. All items are sold as compatible accessories unless explicitly stated otherwise. If there was any misunderstanding or if you received a defective product, we genuinely apologize.
