I used it with my daughter ahead of the MAT test for a competitive North London school, and it gave her clear, structured practice across melody, texture, rhythm and pitch. The blend of single‑channel drills and well‑judged games kept her engaged and helped her find her stride. She went into the test feeling fully prepared. Highly recommended.

Really good and helpful

This app helped our son prepare for his music aptitude test. We don't have his results yet but he went into the exam feeling confident and well practiced. He's used the app consistently over 6 months or so. We'd recommend.

We are based in Australia, and entry to music specialist schools have gotten quite competitive, so this has been very useful for my child during the selection process. The course provides plenty of practice test and tips which was fantastic for building confidence and becoming familiar with the types of questions that may be asked (similar but not equal). The supplementary videos were also very useful in reinforcing knowledge on the subject.
Overall, a fantastic program for anyone looking to build their confidence and get the extra boost in this every competitive environment.

Would highly recommend this app. This really helped my daughter prepare for her MAT tests. It was so easy to use and as a web-based app it was easy to log into via different devices. The past scores is a great function to look back through and monitor progress. Great value for money!

Very user friendly and straightforward to use. Would be more convenient if it was a downloadable app through play store etc but my son was able to access and use it on his own, which really helped. He passed the stage 1 confidently and said the regular practice using the app really helped.

Having the music aptitude tests on an app is a really easy way to get your child to practice and develop their skills. Without using this app regularly I do not think my daughter would have got such a great score in her consortium test. Thank you Ashbea's Music Aptitude Maestros App!!

Bea was super helpful from the beginning of the process. The online lessons were well structured and the children were given lots of praise and encouragement. My daughter passed her first round music exam with flying colours. I highly recommend!

The app was my son's daily companion leading up to the exam. With significant focus and consistent practice, he successfully passed stage 1 of the South Herts Consortium. This is a fantastic app! My daughter used it to help her with the 11+ MAT at Dame Alice Owen’s and she has got through the first stage.
