Bitterly disappointed - I hate being lied to

I've had to continually chase for a delivery date as the info on the website is obsolete

I was told categorically that my sofa was in the warehouse and due for delivery tomorrow - so planned a day off work

Then get an out of the blue text saying sorry - but they've cancelled my delivery

No polite phone call to explain - just a text

Shambles

I've then had to leave messages for the store only to be told my sofas are not yet in store

But last week I had confirmation they were

Someone has an issue with honesty

Never again

Distasteful behaviour

Everyone was very helpful and Macey helped me choose my walking boots and shoes

Visited Harlow Supedrug this morning for Ariana Grandes new Wicked Perfumes. Staff (Manager I believe) had to find the stock for me. Luckily they were found & I have one very happy teenager. Thank you.
