The owner text because he had run out of labels, he was waiting for more labels to come for the bottles, and asked me if i wanted them now without labels or wait for the labels, he is a very nice person.
I love these pet friendly diffusers and have had a few now. They emit a lovely natural scent and I will continue to buy more.
So many diffusers are dangerous and overpoweringly scented for dogs so I feel confident using the Apothecarybliss diffusers around my dogs.
They are also very good value for money.
Thank you.

Hi Susan
Thank you for your lovely review, i’m so very happy to hear that you are enjoying the items. Its great to hear others have the same view that many others aren't safe or suited to pets.
Enjoy and i hope to head from you soon.
Kindest regards
Luke

Thank you for the lovely review.
Was so looking forward having a nice relaxing pet friendly smell at home and in the car.
What a disappointment!! The smell is super strong and the actual scent is awful and smells of highly concentrated chemicals nothing like the description and it's just water - was expecting a lot different for the price paid

I'm really sorry to hear that you did not like the product you ordered, the scents are tailored for dogs to be less potent than other normal diffusers / wax melts.
Of course not everyone will like each scent but they are made from only natural ingredients and the scent is only made from 100% essential oils with no artificial chemicals whatso ever.
Please send me an email from the email address used to order previously and I will organise sending you the other scent in the hopes you prefer that instead.
Great company to work with, very quick delivery and really responsive. Fragrances smell fresh and relaxing, with added bonus they are pet friendly.
I love both fragrances and will be buying refills of both soon. I'm especially happy that they use dog-friendly oils, and rather than being in your face till you get nose-blind to them, they're subtle and you keep catching whiffs of them and remembering how good they smell. Luke also sent a little freebie of some gorgeous wax melts which was a lovely touch.

Hi C
Thank you for your lovely review it means a lot. I’m glad you hear that you enjoy the scents and appreciate that they are purposefully subtle.
I have since improved the quality of the car diffuser and will send one out to you in your next order so that you can keep enjoying my products.

Thank you Sarah, I’m glad to hear you like them.
I received couple of the melts as a present for Christmas and can say that they are just amazing! Bailey recently started to get anxious if we went out in the evening, I thought I would give these a go to see the results and popped one on about 15mins before we left. Checking him on our 'Bailey Cam' we saw he was incredibly chilled, so much so he was sound asleep! Just about to order some more - I can highly recommend these melts. Well done Apothecary Bliss, brilliant product that does "what is says on the tin"!

Hello Shani,
Thank you for your lovely review, i’m so please that Bailey has improved and is far more relaxed during times he would normally be unsettled.
Thank you again
Luke
I would like to say thank you for my latest refill, the diffusers are magnificent. I have thoroughly enjoyed the scent it provides, subtle yet noticeable. I will continue using and can highly recommend it.
This is the best and longest lasting diffuser I have come across. Whats more I know they are safe and natural essential oils used not “fragranced” or perfume/synthetic like most on the market which are very harmful to our bodies.
Thank you very much for creating such a wonderful product.
Really expensive, evaporates quickly and we hardly notice the scent.

Hi Michelle, thank you for your review.
Really sorry you were not happy with your order, the 2 refills you ordered last approximately 2 months per refill dependant on room size, ventilation and room temperature, as you ordered these just over 2 weeks ago so I’m shocked if both have used up already.
Please feel free to email if you wish to discuss further.
Love, love, love the scents from Apothecary bliss! I have a diffuser at home and now in the car too. I was so happy to find a pet friendly product that smells great. I highly recommend giving them a try, you won't be disappointed! I'll be ordering the wax melts next 😊.
Quick delivery, beautiful packaging and products. Absolutely love the smell, it’s gentle and not overwhelming for my dog like some diffusers. I started using these this time last year and I’ve tried both scents, can’t decide which is my favourite. So I’ve been rotating them!
I have also started using the new wax melts which smell amazing and look really cute.
Thank you, these have become a staple in my home.
Love this product! Got one for the house and the car. Everyone always comments on the lovely smell. I've brought some for friends for Christmas too!
