They steal your information

They will use your name, address, and phone number to send you parcels that contain rubbish (wasted fabric etc.). Your details are no longer safe with them. I dont know if they sell it to others or just use it to create fake tracking details for themselves.
VERY CREEPY.
DO NO USE no matter how cheap they are

AVOID APG AT ALL COST !

Warning to everyone avoid APG at any cost even if buying or selling off eBay make sure the seller doesn't ship to AU with APG or you will not see your item you've purchased.

Ordered a item on April 20th everything was going fine until APG got there hands on it and tracking and the movement of the parcel stopped dead item supposedly arrived in Au on the 8th and was held by customs due to wrong invoices .

Spoke with the seller who's been fantastic and eBay they reached out an sent through invoices.
Yet APG claims they are wrong and keep getting told three different things.

"parcel is awaiting clearance"

"Nope we haven't got invoices"

"eBay are sending the wrong information"

They tell you it will move but never does. An currently as of writing this on June 6th I'm still getting told the same BS from APG I've been getting told now for near on a month.

Surely enough eBay can't be sending the wrong invoices the amount of times APG claim. eBay international even reached out to me personally informed me that this should not be happing.

APG give you scripted bs and the amount of times I've heard "please bare with us allow more time" without actually doing anything.

There call centre is based in London yet I've not spoken with one English person from the UK.

Both the seller and eBay and more so myself are outraged how APG are handling things or if they are at all doing anything about it in the first place.

I've even reached out to AU customs and they can't see anything regarding my item stuck in Customs nor Au post can see anything either even with the tracking number.

My conclusion is either they lost it or its been stolen and they are trying to pass off the blame to eBay.

So I say again out of concern to others please avoid APG at all cost I would hate for anyone else to go through this bs.

APG is a scam to say the least

Why bother?

For inexplicable reasons APG decided to "intercept" and return to sender my delivery from Amazon Germany...after a frustrating exchange of emails with a so-called customer service rep still no resolution and still no delivery. Why on earth does Amazon want to risk their reputation with these morons ?

Waited over a month and the tracking…

Waited over a month and the tracking status never updates, resources wasted over hiring customer service reps as their replies are scripted lol, nothing ever gets solved and the replies are always the same, pretty sure my parcel is lost lol

Order was never processed

My order from asos was never picked up and I was never informed. I waited two weeks to receive it and only now after several chats with the asos team can they finally tell me it was never processed by APG and isn’t coming at all. I am left with nothing to wear to a wedding which is in two days.

The delivery company that doesn't deliver

I ordered a package from ASOS in Israel and paid for home delivery. They used APG which subcontracted out to GAASH Worldwide. I received a notification that I would need to pick up the package myself 30 minutes from my house (an hour round trip). I do not have a car and am unable to do this. I tried to just get a refund but was told by ASOS the $50 in customs fees would not be refunded. Just a garbage courier service and I will boycott any businesses that use them going forward.

Degenerate Incompetent Scam Artists

kept telling me to keep waiting when i asked about my parcel... like others say they would just close the ticket. after 2 months of this, they said they lost it and to contact the seller for a refund. absolute scam, unsure how they are allowed to continue to operate.

Scamming company be careful your losin money with DUTY TAXES and PACKAGE LOST !!

they're holding my package like forever, tracking numbers are useless, no updates, stuck in origin country so many weeks and it's continue stucking like that , it's not move to anywhere

emailed to them about this only give me the same answers like a robot

if i know before that ASOS or any store using this company to shipping i will not buy anything from them

SCAM SCAM SCAM ASOS ARE USING THIS…

SCAM SCAM SCAM ASOS ARE USING THIS COMPANY AND ITS A SCAM. They charged me £25 customs before it had even left the warehouse and lied via email saying my package won’t be released from customs until I pay. Fraudulent scam company and ASOS are trusting them with their customer’s parcels. Seriously laughable

The service is a freaking joke

The service is a freaking joke! APG keeps asking me to be patient and always try to close the customer enquiry without resolving my question. Item stuck with APG warehouse over 4 weeks and no further updates. I’m unable to receive any compensation for the good lost in transit and unable to recover any freight cost I paid. EBay nominated APG to look after my goods purchase from US and I would never use this bloody service provider if I had an option to choose.

The worst international shipping service. PLEASE STAY AWAY if you plan to ship from the US to Australia!

This is my first time choosing APG because I found their estimated processing and delivery reasonable (8-10 days from USA to AUS as shown on Easyship).
I had 2 different packages sent to Australia with APG: The first one with limited tracking and the other one I decided to pay extra for basic tracking.
The first one is said to arrive in Australia 1 month ago but the customer still hasn’t received it. Meaning it never got processed at AUS customs, or lost somewhere.
I contacted the customer service, they said you chose untraceable service therefore nothing they can do. They don’t even bother providing me a local delivery service so that I can contact myself.

The second one which I paid extra for BASIC tracking still stuck at their consolidation center for 3 weeks now. No movement, no update! I entered the tracking number provided when purchased shipping label on their website and only found my package not existing. I wonder what’s the point of paying more money. The delivery time shown when I purchased labels was 8-10 days. I can understand delivery can be delayed 1-2 weeks, but over a month? I feel so scammed by this company’s false promise.

As an ecommerce retailer who shipped out enough packages globally, including to Australia, I was frustrated because I never experience this kind of terrible international shipping service. My advice is PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM at all cost if you don’t want to lose money and have your business reputation on the line because of such a untrustworthy service like APG!

I have had the misfortune of having…

I have had the misfortune of having goods delivered by APG from various merchants. They are SLOW. Takes minimum of 3 days of placing an order before they pick up the goods from the merchant. Then it sits in their warehouse for another 3 days minimum before they could be bothered to actually bring the goods to the airport. Tell your merchants to not use APG. They SUCK.

APG Ecommerce is not trustworthy

APG Ecommerce is honestly the worst delivery company ever! No communication skills nor any professional skills! No information was sent to me regarding my parcel being stuck with them. Got asked for my passport copy, ID information and got asked for my national identification number which is weird, Ive never been asked for any of these receiving a Asos parcel. I had to follow up and run after them! ASOS please investigate cause you will lose valuable customers!!!!

Beware

Beware. If you purchase anything from eBay in the US and ship to Australia they use APG the majority of the time. Service is glacial at best, what is the point of having a tracking application that does not accurately represent where your package is. Considering the cost is equivalent to UPS and FedEx (both functioning courier organisations) it’s sad we are subjected to such a shonky service that is owned by Australia Post. I can’t find how to expressly indicate that APG should not be used on any of my orders. an example of how bad it is was a package that took the best part of a month to arrive. APG customer service are next to useless and it always seems that the tracking is updated after contacting them… service is a rip off and a total wast of time
