Apex rides is wonderful, convenient and fun. It's a much more affordable alternative to some of the other spin bike brands out there too. I'm not a confident cyclist on the road but love a spin class. The classes are varied and the option to do on demand or live sessions are ideal. I've not yet done a live class but as they up on the app pretty much straight after, I know I won't miss out. The bike is easy to move around and set up. The only downside is the handles only go up and down and I personally would do better if the moved in and out too. Overall I love the bike and the app, the only hard part is deciding if it's going to be a Jack or Emma day ☺️
Great to see more regular live streams and updated content with a diverse range of instructors. I love the ability to filter by what type of class I want and having access to so much in demand content. The bike and subscription offer great value for money if you all use it in a family and it’s definitely helping me to get fit.

The best purchase made during the lockdown was my apex bike. It has built my confidence up and my mental health has improved as well. Along with the membership which I highly recommend I have managed to lose 35kg. I can run to the bus stop and not be out of breath 😂
Fun, challenging spin classes without having to leave the house! I have previously struggled to stay consistent with exercise but can confidently say I’m in a routine with apex. Last year there were some glitches with the app but it has all been resolved and the whole experience works so well now.
Engaging spin instructors and a great selection of rides and music. There's something for everyone!! Apex are constantly trying to improve and grow, keeping the customer's best interests as their priority, which I love to see. Super speedy customer service too.
Nice bike good ride. Instructions are easy to follow and was able to construct the bike with no issue.
I bought the blue colour, it sits in my office and does not look too heavy industrial.
The classes are geared towards a much younger group with a limited choice of music. As an older purchaser I was hoping for a wider choice of music and some options for an older beginner.
I have sent three email to Apex about minor but irritating damage on the bike when it arrived. Despite contacts I have had no response? Not great !

Apex has changed my life. Since having 3 boys under the age of 5, prioritising time for exercise has been difficult however Apex solves this problem for any busy mother. The convenience of having the bike at home and amazing selection of 20 minute and 30 minute classes led by incredible instructors that in London would cost a fortune, is unrivalled. I have had my bike for over 3 years now and never had a problem, my husband also now uses it and it sets me up for the day and is medicine for the mind! Cannot recommend more highly, beautiful design at half the price of its competitors.

Apex is innovative and always delivers fun and varied range of classes to suit any level. I also like the fact that classes can be played from your own device rather than fixed screen which saves space especially when living in a flat.
Good quality exercise bike and relatively good value classes, but would be great if functionality could be extended to sync to other apps

I love my Apex bike! I’ve had it for a few years now. All the work outs are fun, music is new and energising. I love the fact that they have new beats every time and new moves. Helps me stay healthy! Shout out to my fave trainer, Duncan - he’s the best ❤️ he’s the reason I keep going…
I wont write chapter and verse on my experience but it is very apparent this company is new and has spent a lot of its money on good PR, and very very little on the end customer. If you scroll the recent reviews all the same messages appear; the customer is last and the service is awful. The bike i purchased was faulty upon delivery. Rather than accept this, APEX went out their way to push the blame on the customer which after much back and forth, even evidenced by an engineer, i refused the replacement and have since bought with a competitor. The problem is higher up though. The customer service team is one email, and the same two people; Lucie and Thomas. No phone number and no direct contact with anyone - its pot luck who emails you back. They handle everything from orders, deliveries, subscriptions etc. This is what put me off in the end - the thought of contacting APEX again should i become a subscriber and having to deal with customer services again. It took me a month to resolve and to give the team credit the refund very quickly followed. The bike is not cheap either - save your money and shop around - you will thank yourself in the long run.
Can't cancel membership. Multiple messages then a form to fill out then 30 days to wait. Seems like they are desperate to fleece people. Outrageous given cost of living crisis. Not recommended

Had this bike since March 2022- in that time we’ve had a few problems- the first one being that nothing synced for about 8 weeks so although you could watch the classes you could not track any progress- the technician came out and fixed the issue basically informed us that the magnet inside the plastic frame had come unglued so he basically glued it back on. A later date the peddle was making a horrendous noise had to have the technician back in and the problem was fixed. All well and good this was within the years guarantee which I think should be extended for a piece of equipment which is so regular used for fitness. After the year the magnet appeared to have dislodged again and apex wanted £100 to send a technician out to fix- I explained I wasn’t paying £100 for someone to come out and superglue the magnet back on when it should never have dislodged in the first instance- my overall opinion is that these bikes are poorly built and definately not built to sustain a frequent 45 minute spin class several times a week
Information on the internet is very good. Prior to purchase I had some queries which were responded to promptly and accurately. Delivery was easy from arrangement of to the bike arriving. In use the bike is easy to set up and is great to use, classes are brill. Overall great experience.

I have messaged a number of times as the pedal has snapped off my Apex bike. No one has returned my messages. I’m still paying the membership but can’t use the bike.
