Bonjour à tous, j’ai acheté 3 pantalons apex cargo sur le site officiel GID France apex cargo.j’ai reçu les trois pantalons très bas de gamme qui ne correspondent pas du tout à ce que j’ai commandé de plus il offraient pour chaque pantalon ,une ceinture avec d’une valeur de 24,99 euros inexistante……! Jamais de réponse de leur part même par mail.Donc je vous conseille de ne pas acheter des produits chez eux,ce sont des voleurs qui vous vendent un pantalon à 39,99 euros alors que vous recevez un pantalon à 2 balles.j’espere qu’avec mon avis il vont perdre beaucoup de vente et bouffer la grenouille, les gros con.

Pourquoi n'ai-je pas regardé ces avis avant de commander?!...
Je m'en veux: commande passée hier soir, et soit disant en cours de traitement...
Je mets une étoile et rectifierai si je suis satisfait.

Total scam !! Stay well clear of this company.

Can't put 0 stars, placed my order on the 17/4/25 never received the pants even though it says they have been delivered, same automatic reply on the 3 emails I've sent to find out where they are and still no further at finding out. They are a scam do not use them!

Absolutely shocking company, after buying a pair of tactical trousers on 14/4/25 which I've never received, they have refused to give me a refund while they apparently look into my order with the delivery company even though the tracking information always showed being prepared for shipment. And now they have ignored my request to make a formal complaint and ignore emails sent to try and find out what's going on, I've now excepted that I've wasted and lost the £34 I paid them as I will never receive my trousers or a refund. So unless you want to be conned and robbed of your money like I have then I would stay away from this company.

Arnaque jamais reçu et bien évidemment je viens de trouver se blog. Trop tard.
Pouvons-nous faire quelques choses pour ne pas laisser ces honnête gens tranquilles. 😡😡

Commande jamais reçu

Commande passé il y a un mois. Toujours rien reçu, alors qu’on me dit il y a 15jours que c’est en transit par la poste. Un peu long la livraison. Bien peur de ne jamais recevoir les pantalons

Si j'avais lu ce site avant de commander je ne l'aurai pas fait ! Car je vais vraisemblablement gonfler le nombre de client insatisfait.

J'ai commander 2 pantalons à 60€ j'ai bien fait de ne pas en commander 3

A ce jour j'ai n'en ai jamais vu ni la texture ni la couleur.

La livraison étant tardive j'ai demander un remboursement de ma commande mais selon eux cela est impossible puisque celle-ci serait déjà expédiée.
Malgré mes demandes (2ou 3 reprises) je n'ai toujours pas obtenu de numéro de suivi.

La communication par mail et épisodique et se fait de manière de moins en moins soutenue.

Je met une étoile car on ne peut pas en mettre moins mais celle ci n'est pas méritée.

Soyez un consommateur malin fuyez cette marque et ce site

Gave them one star as zero was not an option. Trousers arrived and look nothing like the ones advertised. They actually are ok ish quality though but they are made in China not as they claim to be their own product. Emailed them and not prepared to refund as they were heavily discounted. Avoid these as you will not get what you ordered

Apex Gear utter scam stay well clear garbage products and no return policy.

Update to my post.

My credit card retrieved the payment for the pathetic excuse of tactical trousers.
No correspondence from Apexgearpro as they have just melted away into the dark corner they surfaced from.

I have been in touch with Trading standards and passed all my correspondence and information to them to get this sad excuse of a company.

Same experience as most of the rest of the reviewers. Website product sizing does not match product received (seriously small compared to claimed sizes). Product looks nothing like the pictures and the support email just gets returned as undeliverable.
Avoid unless you want to spend your money on a substandard product!

Ordered the set of 2 nano fibre worktrousers that are on offer. When they arrived they are nothing like the picture. Useless for work as no knee pads as pictured, sizing is completely wrong and they are just completely different to what is advertised. Have Emailed company twice now asking for a refund and have been refused on both occasions. Facebook need to stop advertising this site!

Selon cgv. Pas d échange ni de remboursement si produit solde. Bien évidemment tout les produits sont fictivement solde donc dans l os.
Pourtant sur page d accueil essai de 60 jours echangé ou remboursé. A fuir... Grosse arnaque.

Et encore une arnaque,une....suite à une pub vu sur les réseaux,j'ai commandé le pantalon tactique qui me paraissait extra,faisant pas mal de treck,ça m'aurait bien servi.les gens sur les photos du site paraissaient content de leur achat.
Quel étonnement à sa réception :rien à voir avec les photos:pas de renforts au niveau des genoux,pas de poches comme expliqué,et pas du tout la même matière.
Après cela,mail envoyé au service client,qui me répond vite:je suis désolé,et bla bla bla ,et au final,comme noté dans nos conditions d'achat,pas de remboursement ni d'échange avec un article en Promo,quel dommage, vraiment pas de bol.... à fuir , évidemment...

Came here to check this site out. Claims 4.7/5.0 Trustpilot review but the link is to its own site. Other reviewer comments about lots of other fake or unrealistic details they have checked
