I was not the recipient, but I did receive emails to say that the package was on its way to the addressand also I received another email to say that it had been delivered.

The driver was early in his delivery window, was polite and courteous and remembered collecting my packages from a few days ago and was delivering them back to me! Made all the difference, and was armed with a smile. Fantastic service, thank you so much!

The package was delivered to the wrong house. They had to drive past the right house where the person expecting the package was in all day. And in the message to me it just said the package was handed to a "julia" and didn't say where. It was quite difficult to find a phone number to contact APC but they were helpful once I managed to get through.

Delivered when they said they would. Minimal damage to the (admittedly heavy) goods. Didn't leave as instructed, but the packages were too big to follow them correctly without problems. Broke the back gate to my property at the end of delivery. Not happy.

Parcel put on open drive just inside double gate. 30 steps to the front door and a knock would have ensured proper delivery of a nearly £100 package !!...it really is simple !

There was no one in so the drive rang to make sure he was able to leave it in a safe place this was agreed over the phone and left as instructed which is better than most other drivers ever do .well done to him

I requested that the parcel be left with the neighbour as I wouldn't be in. The parcel was left outside our front door on full view of the main road. It had over £200 worth of goods in it and I paid £20 for delivery. There was an unlocked side gate that the courier could have even left it behind.
