Very good and reliable tracker
Very good and reliable tracker. Easy to use and accurate, especially the distance. We live in the middle of a forest in a valley and units that need cellular connection do not work here. The GPS only units for hunting dogs are bulky and expensive, so the Aorkuler unit is perfect, as it has a small-ish tracker unit for on the dog that is easy to take on and off for charging. Very happy with the product and customer service of the Aorkuler team.

I love my gps tracker
I love my gps tracker! My 6mo old husky puppies went off on an adventure and I was able to track them and get them back safely. Best investment ever. Dual tracker is a godsend. THANK YOU!!

Wow what an impressive customer service…
Wow what an impressive customer service experience i had. I had originally bought one tracker with the controller. I liked the product so much I wanted another tracker. I bought a separate tracker from them. Unfortunately, I had trouble pairing the second tracker. I contacted Customer Service, they sent me detailed instructions. I still had issues pairing. They immediately sent me a new controller and 2 trackers, paired. It works great. They were clear and fast. I would HIGHLY recommend buying from this company.

We have an Australian kelpie
We have an Australian kelpie, who is a great trail dog, but he does wander and occasionally spends time with some found bones! We hike him off leash in the national forest, just across the highway from us here in Placitas NM. We are in the high desert. Trees are piñon pine and juniper, so not too tall. But we are in the foothills and there are arroyos and ups and downs, so we were worried about whether this tracker would work. We had used another tracker that we had to pay for monthly, and truthfully, it never worked here. I take it back, it worked once when we found him in a neighbor's garage. I wish we had found this company years ago because it works beautifully. We can always find him using the handheld device. He goes up and down the hills, so if there's any hesitation in finding him, it clears up in seconds. But really, it has just been so cool to have and it's easy to read and holds a charge well. I no longer worry that my husband will lose the dog and I will have to call a lawyer. This is an awesome product for our location. Our only, and it's a tiny thing, is that the little holder for the dog tag broke, but the company replaces these at no charge.

Device is good, customer service is great
The device is good if you only use it to determine how far away the dog is ... The directionality does NOT work... But if you're getting closer you're going toward it regardless. But when the tracker stopped working after a few months the company did a lot of troubleshooting with me and eventually replaced the tracker for me free of charge. Very friendly and very helpful.

Blue water sailors
My Portuguese water dog and I are blue water sailors. We did an Atlantic circuit in the last 11 months, crossing the ocean twice and the Aorkuler tracker is now standard safety equipment on my dog’s life jacket. I never had to use the tracker in an emergency situation but I felt better seeing the blinking green light of the tracker in the cockpit at night when my furry friend wanted to spend the night watch with me. You need a plan if your friend falls overboard and locating him quickly is essential, thanks for your product and your good customer service.

A great bit of kit, just what I needed.
Purchased this tracker having previously having used a PitPat.
Whilst the PitPat was okay to use, where a mobile signal is available, we live in a fairly rural location, where the mobile signal is very intermittent.
Thankful we have had no issues once we swapped over the Aorkuler, so couldn't be more happier.

No Cell Service Needed
First of all, love the product. Where we go outdoors, there is no cell service. Aorkuler GPS works great for us. One time, our Beagle was away from camp and when she returned, she had lost her collar. We were able to find her collar using the controller. It was caught on a branch of a fallen tree. It is accurate, brought us right to the collar. Also, customer service is great, Highly recommend this product.

Ce GPS est parfait pour mes 2 chiens ! Enfin une solution sans abonnement qui me permet de savoir où ils sont et d’être rassurée ! Le fonctionnement est très simple mais très efficace et ne dépend pas du réseau cellulaire . L’accroche au harnais ou collier est très pratique et solide , impossible de perdre le tracer ! (Ce qui m’est malheureusement déjà arrivé avec d’autres modèles avec des supports en silicone souple) .
Par ailleurs , le service client est extraordinaire : réponses ultra rapides et très qualitatives au moindre souci .
Je suis vraiment ravie d’avoir découvert ce produit et le conseille à tous ceux qui cherchent un moyen sûr et économique pour savoir où sont leurs chiens en temps réel !

Fantastic product
Fantastic product, works brilliantly with our 2 dogs walking off lead around the Forest of Dean. You can see (roughly) how far away they are (2 dogs on 1 tracker) and if they're coming back or not. No mobile signal required and subscription free.
One tag stopped working and fantastic customer service replacing it and assisting with set-up.
Would highly recommend these to everyone, throw away those ridiculous long leads and let your dogs run free. Oh and buy a dog whistle to help with recall.

Great Device for Rural Areas with Spotty Cell Service
I live in a rural area with spotty cell service, so the cell phone / LTE-based trackers (Tractive, Fi, etc.) weren't reliable. So far the Aorkuler GPS tracker is exactly what I needed, and has been accurate and reliable. There was a bit of troubleshooting off the top, but now it's working really well. If you live in a rural area, and don't care about bells and whistles (like health tracking, etc.), then this might be the perfect device.

This company has a good product!
This company has, hands-down, the best customer service I've ever experienced. I've had a few glitches and the company resolved them immediately. Since then the tracker and controller have worked flawlessly. Recently I drove off with the controller on my roof and it smashed to a million pieces. It made me realize how reliant I am on it because I have a dog that likes to wander off and chase things for short periods of time! My replacement controller has been ordered and my happiness with this product continues.

This is a great tracker for back…
This is a great tracker for back country,since it doesn’t require cell service.We had a setback when after few months of using this product the receiver stopped working.
The service was amazing.I contacted the service number,they replied with in hours to my email with very personal message.We tried suggested troubleshooting and when that failed new tracker was sent.We received the replacement with in a week.The service was very impressive and we are truly happy with this product.

Have had the tracker for 2 years
Have had the tracker for 2 years. It works as promised. In an area with spotty cell service, I am able to locate our dog in seconds when she has disappeared from the yard. It’s a game changer, peace of mind.
I just lost the charger cable and Casou in customer service jumped on my request and facilitated shipping within hours of my initial contact.
I can confidently recommend this company for doing what they promise.

Transformational product.
Great product and a hugely transformed our dog walking experience. We've a dog that can run miles - a Gordon Setter - that could diappear out of sight into a wood with no clue as to where she'd end up. The Aorkuler tracker focuses in on which direction to take to home in on her.
The customer support through Casou has been equally impressive. Good company, good team, good product.

I am completely satisfied with this product, it works flawlessly without any prior setup, subscription, or mobile network.
Just pull it out of its sleek little case, attach it to your dog’s collar using the very secure mounting that comes supplied and you’re ready to go! It operates anywhere, even in the most remote areas.
The company is extremely professional and incredibly responsive to all requests.
The customer service alone deserves a genuine five‑star rating, if not more, since I couldn’t be more satisfied!

I purchased the Aorkuler Tracker about…
I purchased the Aorkuler Tracker about 1 year ago for my dog to use during our daily walks and to keep track of her when she was outside. We live in a rural area with fields, woods, and hills around us and limited to no cellular signal. I had tried a cell-based tracker without any success due to the slowness of the tracker while looking for a signal. We live on a dead-end road, so she is always off leash when we are walking. This tracker is small and lightweight which is great for my dog's neck issues, and fits in its case quickly and easily. I keep the case attached to the top of her chest harness with the straps that come with the case. The system works very well. I can 'pop' the tracker out of the case for charging and quickly pop it back in place before we head outside. She has put it through the test, going through dense woods, running through bean and corn fields, rolling around in delightful dog 'perfumes', gotten it wet in rain showers, wrestled with the cat, and has never lost it off her harness or caused it any harm. I charge it every night, and it is always ready to go the next day and will last all day. I keep it on her when we drive into town mainly for my own peace of mind, knowing that if something happens, she could be located quickly. The set up is easy and the controller is very accurate in giving me the direction and distance she is from me in feet. My anxiety during our walks has gone from constantly searching and recalling her, when I cannot see her, to zero because I know the controller will point me in the right direction. I can recall her with confidence because I know in what direction to look and holler. Finally, the customer service with this company is outstanding. Casou was helpful and supportive in helping me through a problem with the tracker (I fried the battery this month by putting it on a different charger that was over the recommended voltage). They were extremely helpful in trying to help me fix the problem first by updating the system and then providing a discounted replacement when it was deemed a lost cause. The problem was user error and not due to faulty product. Overall, I have nothing but positive things to say about this tracker and this company. Highly recommend. I will not use anything else and have recommended to others who are struggling with how to keep their dog safe without paying for a monthly subscription or relying on our cellular system.

Le tracker ne nous a pas satisfaits à cause de l’environnement complexe où nous promenons notre Shiba réputé notamment de poursuivre du gibier sur plusieurs Km et s’en fiche du rappel…Avec une autre race, l’appareil aurait certainement pu nous satisfaire. Nous avons retourné l’appareil et félicitons le service client irréprochable. Satisfaction 100% et un grand merci.

I would recommend Arkouler…
Trackers that use mobile signal don’t work in my local forest where I walk my three dogs off lead every day. Arkouler doesn’t require a mobile signal so was an obvious choice for us. I’ve been using it for a few weeks and feel that I’ve road tested it for long enough to give an informed review. Sadly (or happily) I haven’t lost my dog since I bought it so I haven’t had to use it in such an emergency. But, providing I take a minute at the start of the walk to wave the controller around to ensure that the tag and controller are both linked to GPS, I know the location of my dog at all times. This is immensely reassuring. My lab loves water, so I’ve been relieved that (thus far) the tag’s immersion hasn’t stopped it working. I use it for roughly 3 hours a day and charge the controller and tag twice a week. Price-wise it works out only a tiny bit more expensive than a mobile phone app tracker once you’ve paid the monthly subscriptions. I’m very pleased with my Arkouler and would highly recommend.
