Worst company ever

First gave a 4 hour time slot (my furniture was in storage) then the driver told me that he wouldn’t get to me before 6. The office told me that I would have to pay to reschedule, after I spoke to the office the driver would actually reach the storage unit at 4pm which he did with 2 helpers. They then procrastinated for 45 minutes because they had to load a cage so the forklift could take it to their van so the forklift man had other things to do and then left. I spoke to the office and was told that I would not get a refund because I cancelled the job!!! We’ll see! Paid £300 for a service that I didn’t receive. DONT USE ANY VAN!!!! Worst company ever!!

AFTER ASKING FOR ME DETAILS TO BETTER SORT THIS ISSUE OUT, I RECEIVED NO COMMUNICATION FROM ANYVAN!
The forklift was there waiting for them to load the cage. They tried everything they could to not do the job. I was told he wouldn’t get to me til after 6 then when I rang the office I was informed I’d have to reschedule “and pay to reschedule” then the office spoke to the driver and hey presto he was there at 4. The forklift was there ready complete with operator all they had to do was load up. It’s not classed as a different floor if they are not expected to carry the furniture down the stairs surely.

Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologise for the experience you’ve had.

The issue arose when your booking was made for a ground-floor-to-ground-floor collection, but upon arrival, we found that your items were stored above the first floor. While a forklift was available, it was in use, and the team was prepared to use the stairs. However, the additional time and labor required for this would have incurred an extra fee. As you refused to pay the fee, you opted to cancel the booking.

As the cancellation was due to the initial booking being incorrectly listed, unfortunately, a refund is not due in this instance.

Great service

Great service. I popped in the job details and had multiple offers within a few hours. Item was collected and dropped off at my house a few days later. Good communication kept all parties happy. Would recommend to all. Thanks guys!

Moving a piano

Original van couldn't do the move but Anyvan were able to provide a same day alternative.

Excellent communication, great quotes

Excellent communication with Nasreen from AnyVan.
She is so helpful and friendly. I received great quotes.
I emailed her one evening around 9 pm and I thought that I will get answer for my question on the next day. It was a big surprise when I received a response from Nasreen after 8 minutes!!

I left the vehicle for driver to collect …

I left the vehicle to be picked up and traveled to the destination to receive it.
Communication and tracking let me see everything was going ok.
Car arrived as agreed time and quickly unloaded exactly where i wanted it dropped. Couldn't have been better.
Will definitely use again and recommend.

Unprofessional removal men

Unprofessional removal men.
Damage to sofa as back bolts and acrews werd missing, cooker had a hole in the top
.
Tumble dryer handle broken so unable to open. They were all find when in house moved from. all occurred in transit.
They did not take mattresses or bedroom furniture upstairs or put kitchen equipment in kitchen
Dumped everything in the hall and lounge.
In a hurry. The time of arrival was confirmef 10.30pm the night before removal day. Driver Apologised for late call as he was in the pub.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Took payment 8 days prior to move.
I would use minus stars if available.
