Extremely poor communication

Had booked to get a couch dropped off 7:15am-11:15am was the time frame given. After messaging them on WhatsApp, (multiple times, no response) and waiting on the phone for 10-15 mins, was told the driver couldn't deliver it. Very poor communication.

Was then given 8am-9am for the next day, which was then pushed back to 12:45-1:15. Didn't recieve my couch until almost 3pm. Felt let down and lack of communication was extremely frustrating as it not only completely threw off 2 whole days for me, but also the person who they were picking up from.

Once we got organised the drivers were…very satisfied

Once we got organised the drivers were very helpful and true to their word.
When our job arrived in Dublin the driver contacted me and the recipient was very impressed.

Moving furniture through Europe

We just had furniture delivered here in Dublin yesterday from Sweden. Everything went smooth. The communication was very good throughout the process and we agreed on pick-up and delivery dates. Also, the driver was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We wouldn't hesitate to use AnyVan again.

Great service from start to finish

Great service from start to finish. Very helpful team and extremely professional. Would definitely recommend their services. Reece was a big help and very attentive to my needs.

Extortion

The two pick up crew arrived at 8.56, which was unfortunate because I did stress to the person booking me on the phone initially that this would make me late and it was agreed they would arrive between 8-8.30. They then said something about this one fabric hoop I had not being factored on the list and that I would be charged an extra £35. The thing is, it's part of a bespoke theatre set and doesn't fit their limited descriptors, it's light and thin and takes up no space in the van. This was basically extortion, taking advantage of a woman on her own trying to get on with the day. I did try to explain all the items that needed bringing to the lady on the phone when booking, but it's not a house move, so it's hard to make explicitly clear. I then tried to dispute the charge, but no one answered the phone for 25 minutes and my WhatsApps were deliberately ignored-I had no choice but accept the charge because I was worried about the implications if I didn't agree.

I'm a small company and this wasn't fair behaviour, just taking advantage of the situation.

My Job sheet 8926888 quote error by Anyvan…

My Job sheet 8926888 quote was confirmed by Anyvan for 309 Euro where I paid a deposit of 46;Euro and locked in the price.The Towing Contact on the quote provided when contacted mentioned that he didn't quote me this price and the quote was made by Anyvan who made a clerical error of the job listed .The delivery address on the Job sheet didn't match the Job listing which caused me lot of distress and after reporting this issue to Anyvan customer support team by email there was no response on a solution which caused me a lot of distress and had to cancel the job by email .Anyvan didn't compensate me for their error which caused me this distress and delay in getting my car towed because of their clerical error .when I rang Anyvan on the phone on 7th July I was not convinced that they would come revert back with a solution as there was no response.i would never recommend any one to use the service provided as it would be better reaching out to a towing company locally directly rather than using their service as I suffered distress with the quote received
