Doesn't do what the video claims it does.... They said I'm doing it wrong.... That's not possible as the video shows pull it straight through.... Crap product and crap aftersales.

I had a go at sharpening my knives but…
I had a go at sharpening my knives but it took a lot of strokes to achieve any sharpness. I'm not sure if I was doing it wrong, I followed the direction of the arrow but it still doesn't seem to be very sharp.

WOW!!
WOW!!! If you are thinking about getting this knife sharpener, don't!!!! I am 64 & believe me I have had every knife sharpener over the years, this one is sturdy and once the suction is on nothing will move it, I have very expensive knives with their own sharpener in the sheath, well my Anysharp has knocked them out the ball park,sharp as sharp can be and I have tested them all after sharpening. I also have a favourite knife I tend to use and it has never been sharper, my scissors have had a make over and so have my serated knives, but the most important knife is one my mum used to use, her favourite knife - it has brought it back to life again and after not using it since she passed in 1998, it has now become my favourite knife. I bought the scissors & an Anysharp for my son too..he loves it.,

Really Very Good
Great ordering and delivery proccess. Very good sharpener but doen't stay in place and needed to be reapplied a few times. Still no big complaints.

Poor customer service
The sharpener which was effective and easy to use bit broke after a few months
Came with a warranty and I contacted customer services. After an initial reply I heard nothing and had to chase up numerous times. Was refused a replacement as it had broken in a strange way.
Not replacing the product isn’t the problem. But the fact I had to chase them up myself is very disappointing. And on top of this the tone of the emails was accusatory and unprofessional
