AnyJunk was helpful at every stage from booking and collection but we didn't receive any notice of their arrival and they were early which did catch us out but was good for us. We did receive an email with the photographs of the two guys who came yo collect our old furniture but we didn't (as much my fault as theirs perhaps) until after the collection.

Have used AnyJunk many times. Always pleased with their extremely good service.

Email to confirm details. followed by phone call from co ordinator to check pick up contents and any changes, text and then phone call to confirm time slot and then on way. Collection was on time and only took a few minutes to load bulky items So a great service, helpful staff, honest opinion on best method for removals and a reasonable price for a specialist removal job. Couldn't really have asked for more.

The booking arrangement was very professionaly and efficiently handled and the as was the collection

The people came in to the house to collect the rubbish. I am no longer able to carry heavy items due to having open heart surgery 3yrs ago. So thank you very much for your help. John dowse.

What a waste, of time and money. I waited for 13 days to collect 5 x Mattresses and they picked only 2 as they said it is in their term and conditions, If that is the case then why they let us book 5 online. Now they can't refund any amount neither can pick something else. Rip offs.

Team arrived and left without taking items that had been paid and booked for removal - no explanation just vanished

The member of staff I spoke with on the phone was friendly, easy to understand, and made it easy to place the order. The two men who came to remove the chair were also friendly, helpful and considerate, taking off their shoes to avoid leaving any dirt on our carpets. We would definitely recommend AnyJunk to other people.

Friendly guys very helpful. Not rip off merchants, I've used them about 5 times so far and when I've over-estimated the cost-they've part refunded me without asking.
