I will not be ordering from this company again. I placed an order online and received a confirmation, followed by a tracking number the next day. However, the tracking information hasn't changed for six days. After several attempts, I finally reached customer service after waiting 20 minutes. I informed the representative that I wanted to cancel my order, and they instructed me to send an email. I did, but received a response stating that I hadn't paid for the order, even though the money had already been deducted from my account. They requested proof, which I provided. In short, I won't be ordering again due to poor customer service.

I am sorry for any frustrations. I have reviewed your case with our Customer Service team. We can see that you placed an order on 26 October, referenced #7200039350. The payment method chosen for this order was via a payment link. A link was sent, but no payment was received, and no Customer Service advisor confirmed the order as paid or shipped.
You then placed a second order on 26 November, referenced #7200039351. Payment for this order was successfully taken via PayPal, and this order has been shipped.
It seems the confusion may have arisen because you believed PayPal had taken payment for your first order, which led to the dispute you opened. Please note that only order #7200039351 has been charged.

Please note that we do not offer next day delivery. We do offer same day shipping, which means your order is dispatched the same day it is placed, but delivery times depend on the courier. GLS typically delivers within 2–5 business days, and I acknowledge that in this case it took 6 business days for your order to arrive.

Any-lamp.ie is one of the interfaces of Any Lamp BV, a Dutch company registered in The Republic of Ireland with the revenue agency as a non-resident entity. This information is on our website but I can appreciate you may not of seen this.
Regardless, all orders delivered by GLS should be between 2-4 business days and I can see after tracking your order it took 8 business days.

I’m sorry to hear that the item you purchased, Philips CorePro PL-C LED 6.9W 700lm - 830 Warm White | Replaces 18W, is not compatible with your ballast.
On our website, below the product description, we provide both general and technical information. This includes details stating that the product is compatible with a conventional (EM) ballast and Mains (AC) with starter systems.
Further down, there is also a compatibility list that allows customers to check whether the product will work with their EM ballast. I appreciate that you may not have seen this, but all relevant information is available on our website to help customers make an informed decision before purchasing.
You are, of course, welcome to return the order for a refund. Please note, however, that the product will work if you bypass the ballast and connect it directly to the mains.
