SCAM SCAM SCAM
Read the reviews. Ordered products, gave a confirmation waited and waited. Kept checking the "Track718" bogus tracking system.
Now when I check there is no website for Anxel.net.

Same as every other review. Ordered and paid for a part, given an order number and tracking number via email with a link to the tracking website for the shipping company (track781). Monitored on a daily basis for a month until it showed that item had been delivered. However, the item was never delivered as I was home all day on the supposed delivery date. Immediately contacted the shipping company and they stated that I should contact the vendor. Tried contacting the vendor by phone (number doesn't exist) and email (email cannot be delivered). DO NOT order anything from ANXEL.NET!! It is a scam!

My problem with Anxel.net is the same as everyone else. I ordered…they sent confirmation number, tracking number, and e-mail information if any further help was needed. Never got my order. I sent several e-mails to customer service, under the shipper & the company. No response and the Company e-mail keeps coming back. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Ordered product was given tracking number, order was said to have been delivered but I never recieved it, evidently like many others. Got in touch and they said it was delivered but my research proved otherwise, the,re response was tuff. Total scammers, beware don’t order from them or you will be joining many others.

Should have googled the website before I ordered from these scammers. Received a track&trace link but never received what I ordered and paid for despite it having been delivered to my house according to their track&trace link (track718). Some googling on the track718, gail, anxel, orderqueryhelp.com and saleprogix.com would have been better as from what I've read these are well known for scamming. No replies to my emails (they bounced so even the mail server doesn't exist). Avoid like the plague.

Same as others. Ordered a low cost window key. No confirmation email. No item arrived. They don't list any customer support chat, phone numbers or email addresses so no way of contacting them.

I'm only giving 1 star as i cannot give zero. I paid for an item and waited about 5 weeks for an email with an order number and tracking number.
The order number is not known on their website, the tracking number and link take me to a tracking website that doesn't recognise the information they sent me. Their website contact information does not work...the link does not lead anywhere. When I reply directly using the email they sent me they never respond.
This appears to be a scam or fraudulent website so be advised and avoid.

I ordered a small computer from this online store. My only email confirmation came from enmyhelp.com and had no invoice or tracking information. Just an order number and that it would likely take 3-15 days to receive. The order number they supplied did not work on their Order Status form. I checked my credit card statement and no charge yet appeared. 2 and 4 days later I asked via email if there was a problem with my order.

I got a reply 1 week later that contains a link to track718.com, which is reported online as known to be used in drop ship scams. I also see a credit charge from QRA*HKDVELUMSHARD HONG KONG HK for about the amount I paid.

I'm not seeing unknown charges appear after this but I'm cancelling the card I used.
