In less than 5 minutes the toy was in shreds....scam

This company is a big fraud. My Indestructible dog toy was chewed up within 15 mins by my dog. When I complained they offered me 20% refund. What a joke. Avoid them at all costs.

They never sent what I ordered. A few days after I ordered a dog toy I emailed them asking for a tracking number. They didn't respond so I began a dispute with the credit card company. This got a reaction from them and they insisted that I cancel the dispute THEN they will send the item I ordered. SCAMMERS!!!

The toy arrived and my dog had it in bits within less than 10 mins. They are not durable like they claim. Not sure the filling is good for dogs. It looks like cellophane.

Terrible company, don’t make my mistake & buy anything from them. I bought 2 toys for my grand dogs, only received one. When I contacted them I was told I could pay the shipping to get the product that I already payed shipping for and didn’t receive or they would give me a 10% refund for something that I payed full price for. Scam company, beware.

I’d give this company a -100 if I could. False claims about the durability of this toy. My dog destroyed it in under 5 minutes. The company offered to send me another toy if I pay for shipping. I refused as this offer is senseless. They have yet to respond. I wrote a review on their website, as they had none posted. It disappeared🤨

We ordered three of their dog toys that they describe as indestructible. Mr Monkey lasted about 10 minutes before he no longer had a head.
No better than any stuffed chew that you pay a fraction of the cost for.

It only took a half hour for my pup to destroy two of their “indestructible” dog toys. Don’t waste your money on them. Look elsewhere.

Just received my 2 toys and am very disappointed. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. My dog will destry them in a few minutes, and he is a mini daschund. Waste of money.

The "indestructible" dog chew toy is no such thing - this company should not be in business - the replacement policy requires that you pay shipping - again - from China!

Please, please do NOT waste your money on this rubbish!!

Many things are wrong with this company - let’s start with the 7-10 day shipping promise…when it didn’t arrive, the service dpt claimed “international shipping” issues even though tracking said it was in Illinois (USA). Then I receive the two ordered toys and my 15 lb Shipoo had the first destroyed in less than two days with little play. I contacted the company who said freight to replace was “very expensive” and would be my responsibility, offering a 10% refund. I asked to return the second for a full refund as I am within the 14 days advertised return window. Again - I was told I would pay “expensive” fees but they would offer a 10% discount/refund - unclear, and I could give the 2nd toy to a friend or family to make them “very happy”. I regret using a credit card for this scam as they now have my information and I will be watching for fraudulent charges. My last email to service email has yet to be answered - horrible ripoff and preying on kind people. Spread the word - I would give negative stars if this was possible on any review!

DO NOT buy anything from this company. My order was never delivered to my mailbox. After numerous and less than helpful customer service emails telling me it had been delivered I tried to explain to them it was never delivered so then all they did was provide tracking info to the city, state, and zip code. There was no physical address on the proof of delivery! Their customer service is terrible and useless! They have now basically told me, to bad we say it was delivered now it is up to me to contact the Postal service! They CANNOT provide any tracking info that the item was delivered to my physical address! ONLY that it was delivered to my City, State and zip code! I'm not even sure at this point if this is actually a legitimate company or just a scam! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this POS company!

Update: After further review there was a clerical error with the original shipping address. I would still NOT buy ANYTHING from this "company" as the customer service is horrendous!

LIARS, FRAUDS AND CHEATS! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM ANTARCKING. They advertise their toys as being indestructible. My dog destroyed the toy within 2 minutes. They offered to send me a new toy if I paid shipping. Why would I want to replace a toy that was destroyed in 2 minutes? I asked for a refund. They offered a 10 percent refund, $1.70. I asked for a full refund. Then they offered a 15 percent refund. Again, I asked for a full refund. They offered a 20 percent refund, which is their final offer. Don't fall for their false advertising like I did. This company is out to trick people with false advertising. I have reported them.

Order 2 " indestructible" plushies and one foam ring.
As others have said the Plushies are basic Dollar Store garbage that that even I could rip apart.

However the foam ring was covered in some type of toxic chemical that smelled like diesel fuel and made my hands itch and burn for 20 minutes after touching it.

Worse than just a scam; this is Chinese toxic waste.

My dog tore this indestructible bunny up in 3 minutes

I ordered 2 from the aggressive chewer list, the rabbit and the elephant. My 2 year old Goldendoodle destroyed the 1st one within 1 week. Customer service does offer to replace it, but I have to pay $6.99 per toy shipping. Last night she finished off the second last night. They are NOT close to indestructible.

Only gave 1 ⭐️ because no other choice. Very, very deceptive with their claims. Just wish I had seen these reviews first. They are fraudulently claiming they haven’t had any bad reviews with like 50k purchases. So of course my puppies destroyed them in probably less than an hour. And now I need to pay $10 more for shipping the replacement. Decided not to.
