Brilliant service so far, Ryan has been very helpful. Shame they couldn’t offer me a loan.

Excellent company who take the time to actually review your circumstances rather than allow an algorithm to make a decision. Took me a while to get the correct documentation across but that was my fault and Ryan’s communicating was excellent throughout. He set an expectation as to when we would be able to sign the loan off and this was met. Overall, this company offers fantastic customer service and a great product.

Wanted all sorts of documents, proof of ID, proof of income, proof of no CCJs, 3 months bank statement, for just a £200 loan. No thanks, went elsewhere, applied and had the money in my account in under 25 mins.. Edit, dear Ann, as I explained, I went elsewhere and cancelled the application, as you will see from my email. I would have probably been accepted, but just didn't want to wait days for just £200.

I had an unexpected expense today that couldn’t be avoided, I was feeling stressed and overwhelmed. I frantically searched google for a loan company that would consider my current situation and not my past mistakes.
I was fortunate enough to find AnnFinance who took into consideration my affordability for a loan and not just my credit history.
I dealt with a gentleman called Ryan who was lovely. He was so fast and efficient with my application, just a few hours from submitting my application to the money being in my account. The interest fees are so reasonable and not extortionate like many companies I’ve seen. I could not fault this company in any way. I hope to deal with them again in the future if the need arises.

I needed a loan and had to provide many documents to borrow. It was important because the team has to do a thorough vetting to safeguard. I ended up not needing the loan after all very suddenly so they kindly reversed the loan payment within 15 minutes. Good people.
