I will be honest I am new to this entire experience, After reading horror stories about NHS wait times and other services I was suprised when I stumbled across Anne Health. I know some people may see the price tag as daunting but when I saw that I was in a lucky place to be able to realisitcally affored it I took the chance and I am so Happy I did. I've only recently completed all my Intake sessions but I have had the easiest, stress free time, from the amazing staff and doctors, the ease of the video calls and especially the most daunting thing for me was my blood tests, but they made it all so easy and accessable. Truely am looking foreward to continue my journing with these amazing people.

I have just had my medical intake session with Dr Savvidi this morning after making the decision to move my HRT support from a different private provider to yourselves. I had heard good things, but I expected the service to be vaguely the same.

Changing to Anne has been the best decision regarding my transition that I could possibly have made. I've now had the pleasure of talking with the admin, nurses, counsellors, and clinical doctors, and every single step of the way, everyone has been so lovely and dedicated to the patients. I thought maybe I'd gotten lucky with incredibly helpful admins and a compassionate and friendly counsellor and that maybe the doctors would be as I was used to - distant/detatched and clinical, but Dr. Savvidi completely turned that on it's head and its clear that absolutely everybody here absolutely has compassion for patients at the forefront.

The timing of everything has been incredible. Compared to the months of waitlists and no contact from other private providers, and the years from the GICs, I expected my onboarding to take a couple months. Looking at when my direct debit was setup, this whole process from applying to getting a prescription code in my hand has taken only a month!

I can't begin to explain how much more supported I feel with Anne. After having my medical intake session today, not only did I have my prescription code by lunchtime, but I also received a letter offering a teaching session on how to safely self inject, as well as links on where to purchase the equipment safely. I didn't expect this at all and it's just another thing that shows how much the process takes patient's thoughts and worries in mind, it was a lovely touch. The admin team are SO fast at coming back to queries and I've already waxed lyrical about how friendly they have been so I won't do that twice, and the option to have the counsellers available, even if you don't forsee yourself needing to talk to them, really makes you feel like you have a good support network around you.

So thank you to Anne as a company, but especially thank you to all of the wonderful teams doing the work on the ground. You've made this very scary experience of changing providers the best choice I could have made, and I'm very grateful for all of your support.

Wow, the level of support you get with these people is amazing. Really really happy with the help and advice I've had with these people. They actually care which is a lot more that can be said for other providers who used to have a monopoly.

Honestly I was, and am, extremely new to all of this. When I heard about a slightly cheaper, faster alternative to finally being able to start my hormones, I jumped at the opportunity and honestly, I have been absolutely thrilled so far. I had so many questions and even though I apologised for asking so many, no-one, whether through an email or video appointment, made me feel like I was asking a stupid question and it made me feel so happy knowing I wasn't being judged. I made my first payment roughly start of February I believe, and come end of March I'll be starting testosterone. The Anne team are incredibly quick at answering my questions and emails and are all so lovely to speak too. It's my first time honestly dealing with anything medical by myself and they've made it so easy going to understand. It's taken me 6 years to even have the willpower to come out to certain friends and family and though I'm not fully there yet, the push of knowing I'd finally be starting hormones has helped tremendously. And the pricing is reasonable compared to a lot of other healthcare providers. I'm thrilled to have chose Anne as my first and I hope to be with them for a long long while

My daughter has been supported by Anne Health since December 2024. They have been phenomenal in every way. They are very responsive answering any queries or concerns promptly with care and compassion. They have gone above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. Particularly in the current political climate it feels reassuring to know that Anne Health are by our side and that they will do all they can to ensure that my daughter is able to get the healthcare she needs to be the person she is. Thank you Anne Health, it means a lot.

My brother has signed Upto this who is mentally and physically disabled and they seem to have accepted his membership and not even done any sort of screening and when asked they said as long as he can talk and is responsive we will accept even tho he has a full time carer to take care of him daily I am not happy about the fact the take his monthly membership and god knows what else they get from him he is mentally disabled and they seem to care but to take his money surely they should of assessed him better and they would of realised how disabled he is

Caring, efficient and (reasonably) affordable! Anne Health's team are super helpful, I'm very happy with the treatment given and the way their clinician advised me on the options. They're responsive to questions and genuinely supportive.

As someone who is mimiume wage uni student who struggles anne+ has made it possible for me to gave access to healthcare I never thought I'd be able to get.
the process is so easy going making such a game changer fot those who are anxious about any worries.
their team is wonderful even down to the people who take the calls to the medical team. If you have any issues they will help and work around the situation. I'm forever grateful as anne+ doesn't even know how much they've genuinely saved me, I hope when I get my degree and earn well to be able to donate so this place stays open for everyone. ❤️🫶

Great organisation with a brilliant team

My son signed up to Anne Health in August 2025 and we have had amazing service and support ever since. He is autistic and doesn't always like dealing with professionals so to be able to manage his care for him is really simple and easy.
I am always amazed at how much is covered by our subscription and EVERYONE we have dealt with have given 100% and quite often go above and beyond.
Anne Health is AWESOME and have been fab.

Everything I have done so far has been really easy and well set out. Responses have been quick. The counsellors and doctors are really easy to talk to and validating. I cant fault my experience so far.

Fabulous service. Any question is responded to in a timely, helpful and friendly fashion. Would definitely recommend.

Outstanding service amazing staff really easy process from intake to first prescription

No other service I have ever used has made me feel as safe and at ease through what can seem to be quite an intimidating process.
Every person I have interacted with, from admin staff to clinicians, has treated me as a person and not just part of a process, and it has definitely not gone unnoticed.

Some people have commented on their pricing, but if you can afford it, it is more than worth the cost for the quality of care you receive. Furthermore, if you cannot afford it, they do fantastic work as a non-profit in order to make HRT accessible for those with lower incomes.

In my experience with them so far I cannot fault them for a single thing.

Anne have been amazing through my transition journey with them. I originally received care through GenderGP but when their practices went downhill, I switched to Anne.

I'm able to access treatment and regular blood tests seamlessly through a shared care agreement with my GP - though fully private options exist and aren't really any more expensive depending on the medication - and Anne are excellent about providing regular clinical reviews and counselling sessions. The staff are kind, they are experts, they listen, and they're generally very good at what they do.

I love that as a non-profit they're able to to use their revenue to subsidise treatment for people who would otherwise be unable to afford it, and that they work with people to help them access healthcare they otherwise wouldn't be able to access due to state oppression. Everyone working at Anne is there because it's a good thing they're doing, not because it makes money.

Thanks to Anne I don't have to waste my life away on waiting lists in the archaic system the NHS uses for trans people - I'm actually living it. I'm so glad Anne exists.

When my partner became a patient at Anne Health, I felt incredibly thankful for their swift and compassionate care. Having been stuck on the NHS gender clinic waiting list for over a year with potentially many more years to go, it was disheartening, especially since he is 39 and doesn't have time to lose. While researching alternatives, I stumbled upon Anne Health and eagerly shared the discovery with him. Although our income isn’t high, Anne Health made the process accessible for us financially.In just a few months under their care, my partner underwent blood tests, counseling, and even met with endocrinologist Mario, who prescribed him Testosterone. It was remarkable how quickly his prescription was arranged and delivered at a manageable cost. Anne Health also provided a cost-effective list for administering the treatment, allowing us to stock up on supplies for under £40.The team at Anne Health truly prioritizes the well-being of their patients over profit, and their dedication is evident in the caring and professional staff. Finding Anne Health has been a transformative experience for my partner, and I am deeply appreciative of the difference they make for those most in need. Thank you for the impact you're having!

I have never left a review before but I felt compelled to.

I have been sceptical about trans healthcare and going private so I encourage others to do their own research before committing to anything.

That being said I'd like to share my experience with Anne Trans Healthcare:

I found out about this service from Finnster and decided I'd try it out on a whim.

I was worried as there was an additional fee to sign up to the service of £200 and the cost per month being £150.

This however was alleviated the next day where I got an email asking me to book my first appointment.

Two weeks later I had my online appointment with a psychiatrist who themselves are trans. After a few technical errors the actual appointment was stress free. They asked about my journey and support network and explained that they're sorry as they've had an influx of people due to Finn so they're not as fast as they would like to be.

Before this session Anne health contacted me about how I would like my blood tests to be done after faffing about with the NHS I asked to be helped by their partner service who booked me in and sent my results within a week.

After the first video appointment I was invited to book another meeting with their prescribing doctor and got another virtual appointment with them for the next month.

The appointment with that doctor took around 10 minutes as they had already reviewed my file and blood test results prescribing me hormones suitable to take alongside existing medication.

I got my first delivery four days later.

Anytime I emailed or had a appointment with anyone from Anne Health they have been lovely. I'm still shocked at how fast it's been for me after waiting so long for the NHS.

I can say I would recommend this service to anyone who can afford it and feels it would be life changing.
