They scammed me out of $500 USD i ordered over 6 dresses in April and to date i did not receive a refund. I will be making a video for TikTok to warn people of this scam and also filing a class action lawsuit against this company. My mom and sister was scammed too. We tried calling and no answer, we even tried emailing of which a person names Cansel Incedal responded that orders were delayed and she would process a refund. This did not happened. Today it’s been over 3 months and still no dresses or refund.

I ordered 4 dresses around June 3rd... and they generated a delivery through DHL but it sat there in processing in Egypt. I contacted them multiple times and I got the same generic message about Eid delays. I try to support modest clothing designers/ Muslim owned but this really makes it hard. Lack of transparency &customer service.

Hello AnnaHariri! I have already left a message on your Instagram page,I have wrote 3 messages on the WhatsApp number you left on your page and emailed you 3 times. I only received answer to one of my emails from cansel saying that they are sorry for the delay that it's caused by a unexpected operational backlog. I have placed my order on 26th of June as I needed the dresses by the end of July. You have stopped answering to my messages and I am very disappointed! It's such a shame as I ordered many dresses from you in the past and I really loved them. I want my order to be cancelled and I want a refund as soon as possible.
The owne should take accountability and adress these issues on Instagram as many people have the same problem.

I placed an order on April 7, 2025 (#178945). Over 3 months later, no tracking number, no delivery, and no replies. I've now reported this to consumer protection and initiated a chargeback. Be cautious before buying here.

**SCAM DO NOT BUY ANYTHING** I ordered a dress and several hijabs for Eid al Fitr and they did not arrive in time, not even for Eid al Adha. My mom sent me a link on her Facebook, and I should've known that it was a scam. AI results will show that the warehouse is within the US, but they developed a shipping label through DHL in Cairo. They took my money and did not respond to emails I sent requesting order updates.

This is a rating of ZERO! Same experience as all the recent posts. I ordered on June 10th, quite a big order. June 19th, received an email saying order is on its way. Realized way too late that it was a fake DHL #. Their website is all of a sudden being "upgraded". Messaged them on whatsapp, no reply. Their insta dm isnt working. I email their info@annahariri and eventually get another automated email saying "You will receive a tracking email as soon as your package is dispatched." What a LIE and SCAM because apparently my package was "ALREADY DISPATCHED." These guys need a class action lawsuit against them! I filed a claim with my CC company.

Do not order from this site. Placed an order for several items on 29th April - it's now 8th July & no order has been recieved. I've contacted the company several times via email & WhatsApp. Initially had a couple of email responses from 'Cansel' in AH customer services apologising for the delay, suggested it would be dispatched soon. I've followed up on this, but no answer. Site now down due to an 'upgrade'. I'll look for advice into how to proceed. I'd urge everyone to steer well clear!

I hate that I have to rate them 1 star because they truly deserve zero. I shopped with them few years ago and was satisfied with my order. However 2 weeks ago I placed 2 large orders with them totalling $800 . They provided a fake DHL tracking number for my first order. I reach out no response. I tried to call on their WhatsApp number and emailed to request a refund, with no response. Now their website is shut down. This company is a big scam, STAY AWAY. I will file a claim with my credit card company and also a police report.

After making my first review on Trustpilot, I was contacted by Annah Hariri representative within 24hrs. I was promised a refund for my May 11th order. It's July 5th, no refund is pending and no more communication from Annah Hariri.
I have ordered and received quality items from them in the past. I had a delayed shipping issue once before but decided to give them grace and try again. I am so angry at the lack of integrity. No communication, no clothes, no refund. I pray this business fails after this

I ordered three items couple years ago and only got two. I gave up my dress because they kept saying there wore not enough employees. So couple years later I decided to give them a second chance and order 7 dresses on 6/19/2025 # 189786 and there is no update on my order. I sand couple email but no response and it looks like they took down the website too. Am very disappointed and upset and hope I get my order.

They used to actually be a very good company. I had ordered many times before. I am not sure if it is because of the situation in the Middle East, but they have not fulfilled my order which was placed in February 2025. I am now officially out of several hundred dollars as I have not received a refund or my items.

Placed an order in May when they promised to ship me before Eid and haven’t delivered yet! Have stopped responding to emails as well. I ordered with them 5 years ago and at that time they delivered. Now it’s a complete disaster. Save your money, don’t order with them.

That’s a total scam! They get your money and send even follow up emails saying thanks for your order and another one saying your order has shipped and you can track it! Just lies and a part of the scam illusion that they put you in thinking you will get your order within few days. I’ve been waiting for almost a month. No email response but only one saying that it may take longer. No way to track anything with DHL express. It is frustrating so be careful and don’t get anything from this ghost company.

This is a scam — do not buy from this store. I’ve filed a police report and will be pursuing legal action. I placed an order #180718 on June 14th but have not received anything to date. No one has responded to my emails or WhatsApp messages, and their website is now unavailable.

I am so disappointed with this so called “Muslim” company. The way they conduct business is shameful. I initially placed my order April 27, 2025. It took over a month and several emails and requested to cancel my order before it came when it arrived of the three items only one of them was the correct item then the correct item a button fell off immediately so I had to put the button back on When I did request to return for an exchange two items ( one of them was the wrong size. The other was the wrong item entirely) I had to pay to send them back. They received my return on June 12. I have not received a refund. I have not received the exchange items and now their website is down. I am currently in the process of doing a dispute with my credit card company and I recommend that all of you do the same. They don’t deserve the one star, but I had to give something to make the review.

I placed an order on 1/6/2025 from the Annah Hariri website with order number #180456 but until today I have not received my item. There has been no tracking update, and my attempts to contact customer service have gone unanswered.

I am deeply disappointed, especially after seeing that many other customers are facing the same problem. I hope Annah Hariri takes full responsibility and acts quickly,either by delivering the item as promised or by issuing a full refund.

If no action is taken, I will not hesitate to file a formal complaint and share my experience to warn others.

I'm very upset. I bought several lovely dresses and came to trust this company. I ordered back in early May and still haven't even been told the items are shipped. They apologized via email about Eid delays, but they haven't replied again. I want a refund, but the website is down.
